"chaeunieee, wake up. lunch break is almost over.." a boy shoved his girlfriend off the bench.

"ouch! LEE MINHOOOO!"

chaeun wiped her skirt. she chased after minho until she caught him from behind.

"mian mian. you slept like a rock, how else was i going to wake you up?"

"just wiggle my shoulders, you dummy. and i dont sleep like a rock. you just didnt try to wake me up!"

they walked back to class together.

"woooooo the power couple has entered!!"

"yah yah, shh dont get us caught by the teacherssss!" minho put his index finger over his lips.

"then stop with the sweet stuff man."

chaeun just giggled and sat at her desk.

minho sat at the back since he's one of the tall ones.

"chaeun, where do you want to go today?"

"hmmmm lets go to the theme park!
chaeun said cheerfully and pulled him to walk beside her. she smiled.

minho loved it when he made her smile like that. it proves that she is happy whenever he's there.

all he wants is to be there for her. no matter what.

something came up in his mind and he stopped smiling.

"hey whats wrong minmin? you look ugly if you dont smile" chaeun poked his cheek.

"its nothing. i forgot to do my laundry."
he said and patted her head. "ill do it later when i get home. dont worry."

"ill help you. cause i just wanna go to your house."

minho blushed a little.

"okay, okay. you're so cute!"

they arrive at the theme park.

screams of joy and shouts of horror welcomed them.

"oh. my. gucci. i have to ride that!" chaeun pointed to a roller coaster ride. '

Death Toll

"are you sure? its kinda high though..." minho looked up at the ride.

the hill was about 50m high...

"DONT BE A PUSSY. LETS GOOO!"
chaeun pulled him towards the ride.

"buckle up buddy, its gonna be a great ride." chaeun sounded confident which made minho question his manliness.
"hold my hand if you're scared." chaeun assured him.

he just nodded and looked ahead.

the rollercoaster was now at the top of the hill. surprisinhly minho didnt feel anything other than feelomg excited.

then, the roller coaster went down

"MINHO I DONT WANT TO DIE YET AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH"

it was chaeun who held on to minho's hands for dear life.

"i wonder who was confident at the start of the ride." minho hummed after the ride.

"s- shut up." chaeun walked slowly as her legs were shaky from the aftermath of the thrilling ride.

they spent another 2 hours at the theme park with pure happiness and laughter and screams and shouts, some cries.

they went home at 8. chaeun followed minho back to his house.

"minho... can't i live with you? its not like your parents live there. and i dont live with my parents. we can share the rent..." she suddenly blurted out.

"chaeun, do you know what the challenges are when i share a room with you?"

she took the time to process his words.

"NO! i-iTs NoT LiKe ThAT!" she blushed.
"i-i'll stay in a seperate room. i know your apartment is big."

"alright, my chestnut."

chaeun helped him with his laundry, minho careful not to show his underwear.

"dude. you wear pink?"

minho snapped his head towards chaeun.

they were hanging the washed clothes in a laundry room.

"i- THAT ISNT MINE."

"THEN WHOSE IS IT? DONT TELL ME YOURE BI AND YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND!"

the night ended there.

chaeun returned to her house.

the truth is, she's scared to be alone.

she keeps hearing voices in her sleep that is too familiar but she doesnt know who.

she recalled what she said to minho about their parents.
