Looking up at them your eyes widened slightly. "W-What do you mean eldest?"

"I lived for so long and yet…I feel like something is still missing…my life is no longer fulfilling nor by now do I remember if it ever really was…" the wind blew through their white hair, as they turned around slightly to glance at you. "I'm lacking something…and I don't know what…"

You stood up and walked over to their smaller frame, as they fully turned to you you kneeled down in front of Taby with your head respectfully bowed down. "If there is anything I can do for you to feel better I'm ready to do it.."

Eldest smiled kindly before placing their palm delicately on top of your frosted locks "You're nowhere near the person I met that day."

"You're a graceful, strong creature."

"I've never been to this part of the forest…" Noah whispered looking around at all the vibrant trees and plants that grew around him.

"It's amazing isn't it?" Otto chirped, the pearl decorated vampire sitting on a large stone in the middle of the clearing. It was a sunny day so both of them were wearing black cloaks and gloves, The fabric was decorated in red swirls at the hood and sleeves adding a nice touch to the rather lackluster clothing. Noah was also armed with the long silver sword, that was resting comfortably at the side of his left hip.

"The air here is fresh and cold. And there are lots of animals around." He hopped down onto the grass-covered floor before brushing some of his locks aside from under the hood, a thing that Noah spotted to be a habit of his."Let's catch something good for Beryl."

With that, the vampire strolled into the forest in fast lively steps making Noah a scrumble behind him through the thick vegetation. "May I ask Otto, how do you know Beryl?"

"He's a friend of mine, I quite often visit your Elders castle since I don't live as far as the others. Beryl makes me potions and other mixtures from the herbs that grow around here." He bent down and picked a small purple flower, spinning it between his thumb and index finger. "A sugar pop. When it's dried under burning pine wood and mixed with honey and water you can make a small healing potion."

Noah looked at Otto with an amazed expression. "Wow…i didn't know that."

"It's basic potion making really, Beryl taught me a lot, he's a good guy." They both marched forward, the shade of the trees and cloaks giving them a tender barrier to the rather blazing morning sun.

"If we're lucky in the deeper parts of the forest, we might find a tree person…" Otto whispered, his bright crismon eyes darting around the vibrant scenery with a smile on his lips.

"Is that what Salmo is? That tiny wooden person?"

"Yup. It's not often they live in houses but the garden at the back and front provides them enough nature to be comfortable." He placed a palm on one of the older large trees, smooth palms skeeming across the harsh wood with loving tenderness. "Although these don't move much they're still very much alive."

Noah placed his hand next to the vampires, all he felt was the familiar earthy texture, nothing more.

Seeing the frown on the boys face Otto chuckled a bit "Don't worry, you'll be able to feel it soon."

They went deeper into the forest, after a short while of walling in comfortable silence the pearl decorated man turned towards the teen "Hey. Can you show me what type of powers do vampire hunters have? I heard that they can actually do a lot of stuff."

The boy shifted uncomfortably to the side. "It's true but I'm not really sure about it... I never had any amazing abilities."

Otto gawked at the other male "How so?"
