It was Valentine's Day. A day which usually a day which Techno wished he could skip school and crawl in bed and cry all day. Not only did he have to suffer seeing all his friends enjoy chocolates from pretty girls but he was reminded of his disease. That disease being singlesaicoious aka a very dramatic term for being single since birth. But this particular Valentine's was different ..very very different. One there was a girl approaching him on the football field like actually approaching him with her eyes fully focused on him everyone was stunned and stopped and starred. Two she had a box of chocolates held out for him and three she was blushing as she said his name in the sweetest tone confirming that infact she was there for him. Techno thought he was dreaming. He pinched himself 10 times then Can pinched himself as well thinking he himself was dreaming too before exclaiming ,
"You're giving chocolates to P'No?"
The girl blushed and nodded a dozen times before shyly thrusting them into Techno's arms.
"You are aware that he is clumsy and a total spazz..ahhhh P'No!!!!!" Can didn't get to finish his sentence before he got head locked by Techno.
"Um...don't mind him. Um...uh...mmm." Techno didn't know what to say. He was still inwardly panicking from getting chocolates for the first time and physically battling a very verbal and wild Cantaloupe. Finally somehow he managed a 'thank you' without fainting.
The girl smiled and then dashed away. The minute she was gone he was completely surrounded by his team. They asked like a thousand questions a minute and even examined the chocolates. Techno had to somehow bat them all away. Thankfully Champ helped him out.
Everyone was excited for Techno finally possibly getting his first girlfriend.
After that day the girl would come back again and again either with more candy or food or to cheer him on. He never had anyone give him so much attention. He was floating on cloud nine..
But...
The day came where his disease singlesaicoious reared it's ugly head. Because he had never been with anyone before so when the dream girl had suddenly leaned in for a kiss. He didn't know what to do. Yes he seen kissing done in movies but as he tried to wiggle his lips and poke them out like a duck he just couldn't figure out the proper movement. They make it look so easy but in reality it's hard. So he did what he thought was best and ran away .
And now here he is at home hugging himself and being haunted by her face of confusion when he ran away screaming like a teenage girl running from a slasher.
"What's wrong with you? And why is there an ice cube sandwich in your hands? " His brother Technic asked.
He was so lost in his demise that he hadn't realize his brother and best friend were home.
