Claire's Pov

After we eat our lunch nag sabi sila mommy we will have our dinner at 5 and that was very important matter so we need to be there.

I just stay at my room and avoid everyone, natulog nalang ako para mabilis gumabi I can't wait to be with Josh.

4:30 pm someone texts me, it's Stell.

Stell: Claire, 5pm okay?

I just seen his text and stand up to prepare.

I wear loose tees and checkerd long sleeves, pants and sneakers. 'cuz I don't feel to be casual in our dinner. Sobrang tinatamad na ako.

I'm on my way to the gazeebo, I saw Lolo Jude, Lolo Joseph, Stell and Sejun are talking on the corner of the gazeebo. I think that was about the wedding, they looked at me, and I looked away and sit on the side of my mom.

Mom: "Hey there sweetie! How are you? Are you okay? You look tired?"

Me: "Nope, I-I'm okay mom. S-So, what's the important thing here?"

Mom: "Claire, later they will announce. Just eat first."

Me: "Nah, I'm not in my mood."

Mom: "Okay. Just stay here."

Me: "Yah, I'll just need this." I pour red wine in my wine glass.

Mom: "Are you sure that you're okay?"

Me: **smiles** "YEP"

Mom: "Okay."

It's almost 6 pm Stell's sit beside me.

Stell: "Claire? Are you okay? Kanina ko pa napansin that you're only drinking? You're like that if you have problems."

Me: "No cous, there's just bothered me."

Stell: "Uh? Ano yon?"

Lolo Joseph and Lolo Jude stands up and said that they will announce something important. That will help continue their business for the future.

I feel that this is the time.

Lolo Joseph: "This thing will help to continue the business of our family."

Lolo Jude: "An arrange marriage."

I feel crashing down right now. So that was true. Based of what I heard from Stell and Sejun.

Lolo Joseph: "One of our grandchild will be married, and they will handle the business of our family. So my first grandchild was a boy, same as Jude's. But I was the one who got a grandchild first so, the grandchild from the Ajero family that will be marry to my grandchild will be the first girl grandchild of Jude Ajero.

OH MY GOSH, BAKIT AKO PA?

Lolo Jude: "So, Sejun are from the Nase's and Claire from Ajero's."

They were looking at us. I can't hear anything, I only heard the claps. That's why, that's why my lolo and my parents wants me to be close with Sejun.

Mom: "Calire? Stand up."

Me and Sejun stands up.

I can't handle this kind of situation.

So I run away and called Josh.

He is near here so I waited outside.

After 15 mins. He's here.

I run to him and hug him.

He asked with worry face.

I tell him that I will tell him the whole story when we were on the othee place.

We stoped by in a place that the view of Tagaytay was there.

I'm very thankful to this man. I'm very blessed to have a bestfriend like him.

Me: "Josh?"

Josh: "hmm?"

Me: "Sorry ha? Kailangan pa kitang papuntahin dito. Ikaw lang kasi ang alam kong makakaintindi sakin eh. Thank you din kasi u came. Di ko alam kung ano mangyayari sakin pag wala ka."

Josh: **he looked at her and hold my both hands** "Ano ka ba Claire? Matagal na kitang bestfriend, tsaka sabi ko naman sayo I'm only one call away eh. Kaya okay lang yon okay? Always remember you are loved. By me and your family okay? Kaya smile ka na."

I'am very happy to have this man.

We're both looking to each other.

We're move ourselves closer.

This is awkward.

My eyes were closed,

He kissed me,

Our lips are locked.

I need to stop this, Josh is my friend. I'm thankful for what he did to me. But this is too much.

I moved myself away to him.

I feel like it's so wrong.

Josh: "I-Im sorry."

Nakita ko naman na nabigla lang din siya.

Me: "No, it's okay. W-Wala lang yon. N-Nabigla lang tayo."

Josh: "S-so, kain ka na."

Me: "Masarap ba to? Haha ang awkward tuloy loko loko talaga tayo."

Josh: "Oo nga eh. Ano ba toh hahahaha, tara roadtrip?"

Me: "Sige? Tas uwi tayo sainyo."

Josh: "Ha? Baka mag alala yon si Tita Carol?"

Me: "Nope, I just wanna go away here. Please Josh?"

Josh: "Ay naman, pasalamat ka malakas ka sakin. Oh tara na."

Me: "Yieee! Thank youuu! Love love talaga kita!"

I hugged him.

Me: "Let's go?"

We entered the car and were on our way home.

Nakarating kami sa bahay ng 1am.

Josh: "Dun ka na matulog sa Guest room. Alam mo naman kung san yon."

Me: **smile**

Josh: "Aysus, kumuha ka na don sa closet ko. Lapit lapit ng bahay mo bat di ka don kumuha."

Me: **sad pout** "Eh! Wala ako susi, I left my things remember?"

Josh: "Oo na! Tatawagan ko si tita na nandito ka!"

Me: "Bahala ka jan."

Josh: "Hahaha oo! Leshe to. Magbihis ka na don at matulog ka na."

Me: "Yes boss! Makautos toh kala mo kung sino."

Tumakbo na ako agad papunta sa kwarto niya. I get oversized tees.

Dito nalang ako matutulog sa kwarto niya.

I lay down to his bed. And fall asleep.

9 am, I saw him first. Nakaharap kami sa isa't isa.

Ngayon ko lang na-realize that he's handsome.

His long eyelashes and bushy eyebrows and his attitude, bakit kaya hindi ako na-fall dito sa lokong toh?

Pero I felt butterflies in my stomach. When I see him this morning.

And before ako matulog kagabi I was thinking of him.

Wait? Am I in love? Am I inlove with my bestfriend?
