Another day,meeting new faces was not a thing I liked but I had gotten used to it with all the travelling I did .I had just arrived here for my university studies. I was glad to be somewhere far from where I called home. I had already dressed up ready to leave for my first day at the university. I had arrived earlier so I could settle down before school actually started. I took my bag and walked out of my apartment. I took a cab that took me to the university. I paid the driver before I proceeded to the big buildings that I would be studying in for a while. I followed the directions until I arrived at receptionist's desk."Hey,am here to take my timetable for my classes " I said trying to sound polite. The lady at the reception looked up to me and smiled friendly. "What's your name?"" Am Emery Preston"I said. She typed on her computer and I looked at her. She long blonde hair and brown eyes that were friendly.She looked young like she was in her early thirties."Here you go ,miss Preston " she said as she handed me my timetable and other details that I was yet to look at.I smiled at her gratefully and then I left her office. The school premises were pretty big and it would take a while to get used to them but am sure I'll figure it out .I flipped the papers I had been handed by the receptionist and I saw a map that showed the whole of the school's grounds. I followed the directions and headed to my first lecture room. As I walked to class, I had a feeling that this was going to be an adventurous journey.
