In the year 2019. I was getting ready to start my last year of high school. It was the first day of school. I was about to leave for school but my dad kept telling me to stay. I told him I couldn't stay because this was my most important year and I had to go. So I gave him one last hug before I left.
I knew this was going to happen because after high school I am going to college and that means I have to leave the house I grew up in. So I got to school and I go to my first period class, which was choir. What I noticed is that Miss. Satan was a lot nicer to me than she was when I was a freshman.
Then I got through the rest of the day going through each class and trying to survive all the creepy looking people. When I eventually go home. I open my door and walk through, my dogs immediately jumping up onto me. They give me kisses everywhere. I miss all my best friends. So I decided to have a get together with them. We had a lot to talk about.
Bubba went to college in canada . kitty lives in Grant pass. And rose lived in Monmouth but she was happy. I didn't talk a lot to rose because she was too busy to answer. I missed all of them.
miles talked to me everyday because our long distance relationship for four years . Then it was two weeks before I graduated high school and my mom took me to go get a graduation dress and told my dad that he is not allowed to see the dress until the day I graduate.
So he agreed but he had asked his mom to come down for my graduation so I saw my grandma after 16 years and she said you did it. There was a big smile on my face. I can't believe that i made it this far.
My mom started to cry because she knows that this summer I am going to be packing all summer. I told her that you will still see me but not as much as you did. She said we will have a big going away party for you before you leave. Who will you invite. Everyone who knows you. Really that is a lot of people.
Well that's because you are well respected. Are you sure about this mom. Yes you deserve this. You worked so hard all through high school.
My dad comes in and says remember that deal that we made when you were in 9th grade and I said daddy you are worrying about me too much. He said he is only worrying so much about me because he doesn't want me to go.
I said daddy like I told mom that you will still see me just not as much as you did. He started to cry because he would miss me so much that he can't let me go. I said daddy I will be back as soon as I can. He said okay sweetheart but you need to call us every night before you go to bed.
Sunny: okay daddy I have to go now. I will be back before you know it.
dad: I know you have to go can I get a hug from you before you leave for college

*sunny gets back to her dorm and calls her dad

dad: I am so glad that you remembered. So how was your first day sweetheart
Sunny: good today was mostly meeting my teachers and getting my dorm and yea

Sunny: well how I would love to stay on the phone with you but I can't. I have to get ready for work
dad: wait you go to school then work?
Sunny: yes I have to work to pay for college
