Dynamic is pretty interesting, though there is not much known about him. Dynamic works in the library but is most known for being The Artist of the Union.
In city #03 which is long gone now, Dynamic was ordered to fight against the Nights in battle, the Nights were destroying everything, controlled specimens, city security etc. Dynamic succeeded and all enemies were terminated or they surrendered. Through the process Dynamic was shot 48 times but remained operational throughout.
