Love never lies (Judd fan fiction)

Part 1.

     I was sitting on the curb waiting for my mother and then realized that she wasn't coming I called Leah "hey Amanda what's up?" She said to me "Leah I wanted to know if you could possibly come and pick me up?" "I can't I don't have a car" she says and I take the phone away from my ear in frustration "I do have someone who could come pick you up but I don't think you would like it" "anything will be good to me because it's fucking pouring out here" I said wiping off the water from my phone "it's my brother...I told him your location he's coming to get you in a couple minutes be ready" "why Judd?" I said whining "because he's the only way you can get home? Do you want to walk home?" She said with sass "no...are you coming to?" I said and the phone was silent for a couple moments before she answered "nope sorry...he said 'hell no' so sorry" "that's fine just as long As he doesn't do anything" I said "oh he won't and your really lucky, I had to beg him to go get you" "love you bestie he's here" I said "love you too be safe!" She said and I hung up and grabbed my stuff and headed for the car door and it opened "oh hi Judd."

I said and he scoffed at me "don't fuck anything up twig" he said and I got in.
Before I could buckle my seat belt he pressed the gas pedal and I flew back in my seat "Jesus Christ slow down!" I said and he slowed down to a stop light "I don't have to listen to you twerp" he said to me and I crossed my arms and looked out the window "no but you have to listen to the law smart mouth" I said "what?" "Nothing" I said and he continued to drive.

It was going to be a long drive so I put in my headphones and listened to look at me by xxx because why not I put it on loud on accident and I'm guessing Judd heard it.

He tapped my shoulder and I turned down my music "is that look at me?" He said still driving "ugh yeah why?" "Well I never thought a girl like you would listen to music like that" I put in my headphones and scoffed at him.

It's been a few years since I've seen Leah counting that I've called and told her I'd be going on trips but I always kept in touch with her and today was the day I'm coming back for school I hope it goes well because when I left everyone was upset and I understand I loved her family to.

"Hey Leah!" I said as I got out of my dads car and she turned around, saw me and ran to me "dude why didn't you tell me you were back!" She said and punched me in the arm "I'm sorry I thought it would be cool it was a surprise" I said holding my arms up in defense "that's ok...OMG you should totally come over for dinner and then you can spend the night at my house" Leah told me "oh yes Bestie sleepover" "yes! We can go in my car" she said "you have a car now?" I said "yeah! Come on".

We went in her car and drove off to her house "dude I can't wait to see your family again...it's been a while" I say and she nods "yeah it has, so when we get there be aware they've gotten weirder" she says, I laugh at the fact that her and her family are weirdos.

We park and I get out of the car with my stuff "Leah is that- Amanda?" I hear Leah's mom say "yes indeed it is Diane!" I say getting out of the car and she comes running me and indulges me in a huge hug "Diane your crushing me" I say and she lets go of me and I breathe, I hear a kid come out of there house "mom! Is Leah h- Amanda?" He says "hello there Nicky" I say and he runs to me and I hug him "how's it going little dude?" "It's great! How are you? Leah has told me so much about your visiting around the world how was it!" He says in excitement "heh well it's been great I've been everywhere...well almost everywhere, I haven't been home until now" I say and he gives me one last hug.

I hear a girly man voice come out of the door "hi Elliot!" I say "Amanda!? Is that you! Oh my goodness you look so much bigger than the last time I saw you, how old are you now?" Her dad says and side hugs me "oh I'm 18-" "18!? You never told me you where 2 years older than me?" She said and punched me in the same arm "ow?" I say "sorry you need to start telling me things!" She says As we walked into there house.
