"Maybe the reader could be the older cousin of Bakugou? Same quirk, same eye colour, but black hair? Sort of like Mitsuki? So, doesn't like affection but turns into a blushing mess around Mirio. She could confess like screaming her feelings at him? I hope that isn't asking too much! Same age as Mirio and a third year student in the hero course"

Ruby red eyes gaze around the crowded hallway, lips curved down in a frown as her eyebrows furrow as the young girl impatiently tapped her foot against the tiling of the halls. She'd been waiting for about five minutes now for her friend, Mirio Togata, who had to stay after school to catch up on some work. He had been absent the past few days from a terrible cold and she wanted to take the time to walk home with him.

She sighed to herself. Usually, by now, she would be home doing her homework, but for Mirio, this was worth it. So, she folded her arms and leaned against the wall outside of class 3B, waiting for Mirio to come out. Nejire and Tamaki had already left, so it would just be her waiting.

After what felt like an eternity, the sliding door slid open and Mirio stepped out, smiling when he saw his friend.

"Hey (Y/N)!" He said cheerfully to the black-haired female. "Did I keep you waiting long? Haha.. sorry about that." He apologized, scratching the back of his neck with a sheepish smile.

"Not at all, let's go." She huffed, acting as she usually did. However, on the inside, her stomach was doing backflips. She hadn't seen Mirio in a while, and now that she was in front of him again, all of her feelings came rushing back. Mirio just grinned and began to walk, (Y/N) walking beside him. To be honest, the female admired Mirio. He was able to always stay optimistic, and he always had such a good sense of humor! She'd never admit it out loud, but it actually made her really happy! On top of that, he was really cute. I mean, his eyes especially. They were such a dark yet vibrant blue, and they were rather unique too.

"Earth to (Y/N)? Helllloooo? Anyone there?" Mirio was asking, waving a hand in front of the girl's face, causing her to snap out of her train of thought with a jump, causing Mirio to smile. "There she is!" he exclaimed when she came back to reality as a blush spread over her face.

"I-I wasn't doing anything! W-What did you need!?" She exclaimed, unsure what had happened when she had dazed off, causing him to laugh as an embarrassed blush spread over the girl's cheeks.

"I was asking if you wanted me to walk you home." He offered, a goofy grin on his face as he awaited her answer. Mirio wanted to walk her home? How could she refuse!

"Of course!" She responded a little too quickly. "..I mean, yeah, sure. Whatever." She huffed, folding her arms like it wasn't a big deal to her. Mirio was used to this kind of a reaction and laughed, knowing she was happy.

"Let's go then!" He said happily as he took the lead and began to walk, (Y/N) following right behind him, calming down from the event that had just happened.

Truthfully, at first, walking alongside him was rather awkward. The two were silent and didn't really speak. But eventually, (Y/N) got used to it. It was nice to just walk alongside him and enjoy his company. Plus, it gave her more time to admire him! She could see his breath in the cold winter weather as they walked, considering it was rather cold. Unfortunately, although she had her UA blazer over her shirt, she was cold. And it didn't take long for Mirio to notice.

"Are you cold?" He asked.

"Huh? No, of course not!" She exclaimed. "What gave you that idea?" She asked, acting like she was completely fine and not freezing.
