He is denki's brother and his quirk is lightning he is a strange case he born without a quirk he hated denki for all his life he thought if he was born before denki he would have had a quirk he hated him before he got stuck by lightning in his right eye 2 lightning bolts meet and struck him in the eye he was put into a coma from this he was lucky really lucky it had been a long time aka the dorms after all for one arc
His name is Toki kaminari he changed his name after he got out of his coma his new name is Raitoningu kaminari he told denki "I LOVE YOU BROTHER IM SO SORRY"
He yelled it and he cried after this denki is trying to get him into the dorms with mr.nezu saying "denki ok I will but can we test him on his quirk"
