When Winter Met Summer

The request/introduction

It was just another name, so why did he seemed drawn to it? It was just another day for the boy in a post break up scenario the girl he thought he loved left him and blamed it on his beliefs, it wasn't right, he couldn't think or focus but yet this name kept intriguing him why after all this time though should he just let someone in his life? Isn't it a little risky he thought, and after sometime he ignored it and went on with his day. He had better things to do than get caught up with someone so soon. He had to focus on school and he was determined to get through.

You see this boy was no ordinary kid he had huge dreams and goals he was raised sheltered from societies corrupt thinking. As a kid he had already lived many lives and fought many battles. He had already proven to be a survivor. Some days he would stay up late thinking about his grandparents... You see his mom and dad broke up before he was even born and his grandparents had a huge hand in teaching him all he knew by the age of 5 he would stay up late at night just to cuddle up in a landing space at the top of the stairs to read all his favorite books ranging from black beauty, a journey to the center of the earth and more all the way to Edgar Allen Poe's stories that would make him shiver with excitement.

He was always fantasized by time and space and sought to decode the amazing knowledge of the universe he spent many sleepless nights reading large science books that would bore the likes of any teenager he would read every detail like it was a painter who was painting the most beautiful canvas.

As a child he had his idols on TV he would watch when his grandparents were busy. Steve Irwin whom he decided was his hero, Bob Ross which him and his grandma would watch while putting puzzles together, Mr. Rogers who would teach kind lessons and his grandma was delighted with. Infact the song really described his outlook on life very detailed. And then the Kratt Brothers.

At the time true heroes were abundant on tv and false idols were few and far between. Not only would his grandparents make sure he was learning from the right people, his mom would try to encourage his curiousness by taking him to the zoo and supporting him going behind the scenes of how everything was operated. You see his love for animals was greatly influenced by his amazing childhood.

As a kid going to the Renaissance festival he would always help volunteering. Even before he could walk! Not only that but he would always beg to see the elephants which at the time was allowed. He would always go up to the elephant and wave at it and the elephant would always walk on over to him and give him a hug with it's trunk, but ever soo gently as even though the elephant was large it was gentle with him for it could see all the love in this kid. As the years progressed he would forever remember the elephant and how it would always wave at him or give him kisses with it's trunk it was then that he fell in love with that animal and would always remember it as the elephant that made him want to save the world.

Back when he was just a boy though he had another love story, you see back when his mom would work for the state she would leave him and his brother to play with the other kids in the daycare, he always thought it was preschool. He wasn't a very shy boy and though was small in size compared to other kids he was very very talkative he could talk for hours about nothing and make it sound interesting.

Then one day he made his first friend. Though she didn't talk much they communicated very well they would play games together eat snacks together and even go get popsicles together they became practically inseparable. But for the first time in his life he had to let go of someone he loved as she had to move back to her home country in Brazil or somewhere around there. The day he found out he was distraught she didn't quite understand why though as she didn't know she would never see him again. He spent the whole day with her like any other day he would but that night as they were leaving the lady in charge informed his mom that she was leaving and he understood. When he thought he'd never see her again his heart sunk but then he turned to the parking lot below him and seen her for the very last time. He acted quickly and shouted from the top of his lungs I LOVE YOU! stunned she turned back and smiled never to return.

Back to the present moment he was still contemplating on whether or not he should add this girl on this app he wasn't even supposed to have?... He thought deep and hard .. and soon he decided she's not soo bad and accepted her friend request.
