Kaia was born someday in winter. Her nurse in orphanage said "your mom said that you are an early christmast present" but never mention the exact date. So the nurses in the orphanage agree that her birthday was in December. 4th of December because she was brought in at the 4th of July by her mom. That was the last time the nurses see Kaia's mom before a news headline appeared:
"Famous Actress found dead by suicide"
the said actress was Kaia's mom.

Adrienne was born when Kaia was 13. She was caught redhanded by the shopkeeper smuggling a pair of earring.
He asked for a name, and Kaia gave him Adrienne.

She wanted to write Dior, like the dress (she saw that on the magazine displayed at the agency waiting room), but mispelled when a crew passing by pushing a cart full of golden-black dresses and caught her attention.
