Chapter 2

"So....you are gonna cut my head off or something?"he asked trying to make me laugh wiggling his eyebrows up and down

But we reached our destination and i got out of the car scott behind ...the building was at bit rusty area liability for not being caught hopefully it do better for three of us

We moved into the elevator and we both are silent the whole way up as probably Scott contemplating about he should speak or not

"Is this where you're living? If you need help, money or something, maybe I can..."

"We're fine Scott."end of conversation the elevator dinged and we moved out

Soon Scott realises that Hope ,Hank and me are fine, as the place is filled with expensive tech and equipment. As soon as he saw Hank he started to apologising

"Hey, Hank. Look... I just want to- "

"Save it. Can we start?"Hank unfazed and ushered me to elaborate as Hope came in glaring at Scott

"Scott Lang..."she said with a nod with looking at like yelling at me to spill the whole thing out but I ignored her

"Yeah. So, while you were relaxing at home, we were building this" i pointed to the tunnel
"It's a tunnel. To the Quantum Realm. To my Mom. We think she might still be down there, we just don't know where."

"What?" Scott asked

"If we can pinpoint my Mom's location, then the pod can take me down to get her."i said at last

"You built all this and you don't even know if she's alive?"he said not with mockery of course or I'd kill him

"It's called a hypothesis. Last night we powered up the tunnel for the first time. It overloaded, and it shut down. But for a split second, the doorway to the Quantum Realm was opened."Hank said filling in

"And?"He was getting sweaty with all this

"And five minutes later, you called. Talking about Mom. We think when you went down there, you may have entangled with her."Hank said telling the whole situation

"Hank, I would never do that. I respect you too much."he said scott being Scott

"Quantum entanglement, Scott."Hope said annoyed
"We think she might have put some kind of message in your head. Hopefully, a location. And opening the tunnel triggered it."

"Your Mom put a message in my head? Come on. That's insane."

"No, Scott. Insane... is going to Germany without telling us and fighting the Avengers. Just tell me you weren't lying about the suit you took. Tell me you really destroyed it."

"I did. I destroyed it. I swear."

"I can't believe you destroyed my suit. That was my life's work."

"What was I supposed to do?"

"You were supposed to not take my suit!"he said stomping his feet and moving down the lobby as we followed him

"I'm sorry, Hank. I'm sorry I took the suit. I'm sorry that I called last night. I don't remember seeing Janet down there. I wish that I did. I just had a dream about her playing hide and seek with a little girl"thats it we all four stoped at our tracks and blunt expression on Scotts face

"What?"

Scotts PoV

"I had a dream. She was playing hide and seek with two little..." im not sure if i she will believe i saw her so i went to the only alternate thing in my head which I don't know has what else they are interested . "...girls. Cassie and I do it all the time. It doesn't mean anything."

"But, was it Cassie in the dream?"hope chimed in

"No....two girls remember?" I said

"Where was she hiding?"Y/n asked with glistening eyes and Hopeful look

"What?" I asked confused

"The little girls, where were they hiding. Was it in a wardrobe?" She asked

"No, it's in a tall dresser."i said

"You mean a wardrobe."Hank corrected

"Is that what that's called?"i might have cassie one also in her room at my place

"What color was it Scott" Hope asked its like i have done worst crime and its hella bad then FBI

"Red."i said

Hope and Hank exchange a look and Hank laughs under his breath ..

"Were there horses on it?"Y/n asked

"Oh, boy."i said nodding

"It's where we hid every time we played." Y/n said

"Doesn't sound like you really got the gist of the game."i said to her honestly she is a fierce femme fatale kinda vibe

"She's alive!"Hope said hugging Hank

"I knew it. I knew it!"

Y/n was smiling to herself with glistening eyes h/c hairs falls around her looking like an ethereal Beauty!im stoned

"We need to get that part."at last y/n said

And soon they all started rummaging through the lab talking gibberish which honestly i dont know and talking about some Burch guy which sounded like a "Burp" and about the component to make tunnel work and taking the message out of my head ..im up for that but no execution im still on run and soon enough they were out of the building me following on but not having any idea
When Y/n throws me a duffle bag which i caught

"We need a component to stop the tunnel from overloading again. I brought your clothes. You might wanna change."

When Hank changed the car and replaced it with an ute

"Look. I'd really like to help you out. But if I'm not home when they come to take off my ankle monitor then I'm going away forever."i said thinking about my dreams and life

"Once we get the component and power up the tunnel, we'll get the message and have you home by lunch. And hopefully will not see you again" she said looking into my eyes and it was like we were gonna have our moment when she became unfazed again and said "We have to hurry. The entanglement won't last."

"You owe us."hank said not asking for a answer but I eventually gave one what else should i do

"All right, fine. But can I just wait inside? Because I'm not supposed to be out here."

Hank presses his remote again and the building shrinks down the the size of a suitcase and wheels it towards the ute, while i looked around confused im screwed and run a hand through my hair

"Let's go."

As for the next chapter I'm thinking of giving the suit to Hope it won't make confusion but maybe i should give suit to Y/N hehe im confused 🤓
