But what shocked him the most was the row of cryopods lining either side of the clitellum, two of them being used, glowing red with a bright white infinity symbol above them. The ones that weren’t being used weren’t glowing, and they didn;t have the infinity symbol above them. 

Stepping forward, he cautiously stepped over to the cryopod cocoon thingy to see who or what was inside. 

The Vortian squinted, trying to see who was inside. Looking up, he saw that the infinity symbol also had a silhouette of a butterfly or a moth in the center of it. He turned and looked at the other one, seeing it had a bee or a wasp. 

He turned back and wiped away the layer of glowing red mucus covering the cocoon. 

He gasped when he saw  who was inside. 

He wanted to deny it, but he couldn’t. 

The proof was right here, in front of him! 

With Zim, Gaz, Dib, Purple, and Tak (and the unconious Triple 7)

The giant worm shrieked in pain as it got blasted down from the relay tower, plummeting towards the ground, landing hard on its side.  

It tried getting up and shaking away the pain, but the barrage of laser kept coming, causing the remaining hearts to explode.

The giant space work screamed in pain as it well to its side, going limb as the barrage of laser stopped. 

Zim decided that it was safe to go near it, took a couple of careful steps over, examining one of the things many glowing spots. 

A scanner pad came out of his PAK on its own and self-scanned the giant worm. It then blinked, indicating it was finished. 

“It appears the Infinite Energy Eater is dead. The multiple laser hitting it weakened its power, so it was unable to protect itself from the multiple angles of attack” explained Hologram Miyuki out loud. 

Zim sigh in relief. 

He thought his creation was killed immediately after it got subdued. 

Why had it remained alive and in captive? 

Zim jumped in shock when a laser beam nearly hit his head. 

Turning, Zim saw ex-Tallest Red standing a few meters away, growling in anger. 

“You weren’t supposed to defeat that thing so quickly. It was supposed to eat the powercore and destroy the planet with YOU on it. I see now that I have to this MYSELF” said Red angrily, glaring at Zim. 

“What are you gonna do? Huh? If you haven;t noticed, I have mechanical spider legs, giving ME the advantage in this fight. Plus, I have backup” said Zim proudly, gloating, letting his ego get the best of him. 

Red started chuckling evilly, making the short Irken confused. 

“Oh really now? Then how can you explain THIS?” asked Red, a pair of four mechanical spider legs coming out of his PAK, lifting the ex-Tallest off the ground. 

Zim gasped and took a step back. 

“YOU HAD MECHANICAL SPIDER LEGS!?” screamed Purple in shock and anger. 

“Yes. I did. I just didn’t want to use them because Irkens were discriminated for having them, so I kept them hidden. Looks like the secret is out now Purple” said Red, turning and glaring at the Purple clad Tallest. 

Red then turned back to Zim and chuckled, taking a few long strides forward with his mechanical spider legs, looming over the small Irken. 

“And this is a battle against the two of us, Zim. Only Irken with mechanical spider legs can fight this battle, and I see no other Irken here with them” said Red.
