Breaking the ice

You see after being reincarnated with the rest of the girls and meeting Ūkī I still don't like the dark and I have nightmares every night and what's worse about is that the nightmares are about the same thing I couldn't go through that again and one night I had the same nightmares I thought I can't keep stay here so I got out of bed and quietly crept down the hall to Ūkī's room there Kīūkēī T-Rex or formally known as Ūkī was a sleep in her bed one night when she was woken up by the glimpse of the hall light shining in her room. Ūkī was just about to turn around to see the person the woke her up until she saw me awkwardly standing behind the door to her room "bad dream again kitty?" Ūkī asked I nodded "is it ok if I spend the night with you?" i asked "of course" Ūkī replied with a smile I crept in slowly and crawled in under the covers "thanks Ūkī" I said "you're more than I deserve" "hey stop that" Ūkī replied "you deserve to be loved and taken care of ok now move a little closer so I can hold you" I smiled and snuggled closer to Ūkī placing my head on Ūkī s chest I could hear Ūkī's heartbeat nice and slow which indicated me that nothing was going to harm or touch me as long as Ūkī was still alive My eyes began to feel heavy as time went on but little did I know it was far to quiet until I heard a noise somewhere in the room I eyes popped wide open and screamed "Ūkī please wake up I heard a noise" I said resorting Ūkī to wake up "it's ok it's ok" she replied "it's the tree hitting up against the window" I grabbed Ūkī's flashlight to check if Ūkī was right and there it was Ūkī was right it was just a tree branch hitting up against the window so I snuggled close to her and closed my eyes.
