Is he really that bad? The Joker. Is he really such a bad guy? He just wants to laugh! And yes, a few people have gotten caught in the crossfire, but is that really his fault? . . .

Dammit of COURSE it is! What the hell is wrong with me?!

No. No, Joker's not the one, who's messed up. . . I am.

After seeing what I saw, when my parents and I went to the museum, I still like him? He injured so many guards, just to get his hands, on the "Scream" painting.

He even had some of his men, shoot them, when they tried to arrest him and the rest of his gang. And my dad was just focused on  getting us out of there.

But when I saw him step over one of the gasping guards, look at the painting, and imitate the face, on the painting, jokingly, I couldn't help but let out a small laugh. . . Causing both the Joker, and my father, to look right at me.

I looked down nervously, as I just let my father finish leading us out, and kept my mouth shut.

He's right, to worry, about me, though. I mean, after all, his daughter's interested in a mass-murdering criminal!

And I need to get myself fixed. Unfortunately I can't really focus on that right now though. . . Right now, I need to get this damn wig fastened right!

Stupid pigtails won't stay in place! I sighed.

I was wearing a self torn shirt, that I had hand made, that said "daddy's lil' monster" along with a Jersey like jacket, (which I had to put together myself, since the one, I saw online was too much) and some dual colored leggings, I got from a Party City.

Frankly the leggings were likely the easiest part, all I had to do, was get one pair of metallic red leggings, and another of metallic blue, take one leg, from each, and stitch 'em together.

Originally, the character I was dressing as- "Harley Quinn" -wore sort of booty short styled bottoms, but Hell if I was gonna wear THOSE. So leggings, it was.

Honestly, everything, I was wearing for this costume today, I had to tinker with, or hand make, in some form or fashion.

See, Harley Quinn is a character, from a fan made comic book, about the most famous criminal, here in Gotham City. The Clown Prince of Crime, himself. The Joker.

And not a whole lot of people are fans, of him, or the comic. So cosplay for them, is kinda hard, to come by.

In this comic, a woman named Harleen Quinzel is assigned to be the Joker's psychiatrist, however instead of "curing" him, she ended up, falling in love with him, and joined him, in the rest of his adventures, from them on out.

A few other criminals make a few cameos in the comic, as well, like Dead Shot, El Diablo, Killer Croc, Captain Boomerang, and even Katana (who actually isn't a criminal, in fact, she's a bit of a vigilante, and it's still in debate over the internet weather or not, the government supports her, or not) but personally, even though the idea behind the comic was AMAZING, in my opinion. . . It sucked.

And I only think this, for one reason. One very important reason. They got the Joke's personality COMPLETELY wrong!

They made him so soft, so willing to do anything for her, as soon as he met her. I just think, it's insulting to him.

But, we have to dress up, for the fund raiser, for the hospital I volunteer at, for community service hours.
