Falling In Reverse

Chapter Twenty-Two

"Uhm, Luke? Why is there a girl calling you?" Meredith asks, and all of us look up from our phones to see Luke answering his phone.

"Hey, yeah. No. Okay.....uhm yeah. I'll come pick you up." Luke says, ending the call.

"So, what's up?" Ash asks, cautiously.

"My cousin, Janea got dumped by her boyfriend and she has no where else to go, and she's standing outside a bar, with nothing but a small suitcase and her phone. That's all Sam would let her leave with. He was a super big, successful douche bag and he has a bunch of cha ching so he bought her all these clothes." Luke explains, causing me to stand up.

"I'm coming with." I say, walking off the bus.

Why?" Luke asks, following me, shutting the bus door.

"Because, I wanna meet her. I wanna her to know there's someone on this tour that's a girl and will hear absolutely anything she has to say." I answer, getting in our rental car.

It's a very nice silver VW van, seeing as how we have 7 people now 8 on tour with us.

We drive through Arizona and arrive at a very rundown bar, and I see a very beautiful and short, tiny girl, with cocoa colored skin and coal black hair. I get out of the car as Hemmings stops, and I walk up to her. She looks at me and introduces herself.

"Are you Luke's girlfriend?" she asks, causing me to choke on air.

"No, I'm dating Michael." I answer, breathing again.

"Oh really? You don't seem his type." she laughs, fidgeting with her shirt.

I nod and then let Luke have his time with her.

"I missed you Lukey!" She laughs, hugging him.

"I missed you too. It's been awhile." Luke answers, and we then get back into that car and drive to the parking lot where we've been staying.

We get out of the van and then we walk onto the girls bus.

"So, uhm. This is Meredith, Ashton, Michael, Aislynne and Calum." I say, showing Janae to everybody.

"Hi." everyone says, smiling at her. Calum just stares and she looks at him, blushes and looks to the ground smiling.
