Chapter 1 - The start

Start from the beginning

Yeah we're getting off topic.

I took a 15 minute shower and before got dressed I wrapped myself in a towel. I put on deodorant, brushed my teeth, and had a mini dance party to Panic! At the Disco, BTS, Twenty one pilots, and a bunch of Disney songs. Pretty weird, but so am I. Finally I put on clothes, while looking in the mirror I realized I actually looked semi-decent today. Although I did a double take because with my tan skin it practically blends in with my tan shirt, so I thought I was still half naked. My toe feels a lot better so I run back to my room.

"Oh shi- my hair," I realized as I run back to the bathroom.

I grab my brush and run it through my knotty, long black hair probably five times before I decide to just put it in a ponytail. I put in my contacts, go to my room, put on socks, grabbed my phone, left my room, went down stairs, put on shoes, grabbed a pop tart and gum, ate the pop tart, ran upstairs to get my glasses, ran back down after realizing they were in the kitchen, grabbed my book bag, grabbed my trombone and found my keys all in 2 minutes and 12 seconds. I'm pretty sure thats a new record.

"Bye ma. See you later." I screamed at the top of my lungs as I head out the door

"Shut the hell up! I'm tired of your ass yelling this early in the morning. I mean God damn, it's 6:30 in the morning for Christ sake." She all but calmly responded.

" You have to go wake up Kate, you cock sucking bitch" I responded in the same tone

I know I know, I shouldnt talk to my mom like that, but she's not even my real mom. And no I am not adopted... legally. My real mom gave me to some random whore on the street and left when I was 3 or 4. That whore gave me to some man, who gave me to his cousin, who gave me to their brother, who gave me to there aunt, who gave me to their brother, who gave me to his ex-girlfriend, who gave me to a 25 year old gang leader. And now illegally, I have new parents. Pretty simple. I mean besides the drugs, abuse, smoking, lack of friendship, and illegal gambling, it not that bad here.

I lock the door and turn around to see that it is raining cats and dogs. I like the rain so I take my time walking to my car. As I get in the car, I throw all my stuff in the back seat I head to wood-bridge high school. Home of the fake bitches.

Once I arrive, I go to the band room to put my trombone in my locker. Then I go to my real locker to put my text books in there. I keep my bookbag with me because the locker is way too small for it.

"Where should I go now," I mutter, "To Mista Bill I guess?"

To explain, I am a senior nerd and because I took summer classes, I get to graduate at the age of 17. So instead of graduating in the year of 2021 its now 2020.

My first period is statistics. Also known as math with Mr. Bill. He is my favorite teacher and even though he has been in America for 14 years his African accent is still super strong. I love him but half the dang time I can't understand him.

The clock says 6:57. So I have about an extra 20 minutes to spare. I sleepwalk to my homeroom since who is fully awake at this time of morning and sit in the very back once I arrive. I pull out my phone and go to Instagram.

I should probably post something, I haven't done that in a while.

So I go through my camera roll and select a picture I took on the roof of my house, a sunrise. Along with that I selected some memes and a video of me playing my trombone. I tag some random followers and hit post. Instantly I get 81 likes. The pros of having 64 thousand followers. Too bad I know none of them. They follow me because I have a good picture skills and amazing trombone skills.

I set my phone down on the desk and put my head down. As soon as I do that my phone vibrates.

Unknown number - I killed him. What next? Where do I hide the body?
