The Accident

"Hello OLG lovers and welcome back again on this fine Saturday night" Hoseok said with the brightest smile towards the camera that was recording him live.

"Its Sunday you idiot and stop moving your hands too much you are not announcing the weather" said Yoongi  through the intercom  connected to Hoseok's earpiece with the most irritating expression he could master.

"Ahh Yes! This fine Sunday night I meant ladies and gentlemen. We will be declaring the numbers today for the lucky winner of the 8 million dollars " said Hoseok straightening out the suit he was wearing.
"The lucky numbers of today are..." Hoseok mumbled to himself while waiting for the machine to throw out the first random number. "The first number of tonight is the number 5!" he stated cheerfully.

Yoongi on the other hand had took out his own  lottery trying out his luck. As soon as he heard the first number being revealed he cursed at what bad luck Hoseok was.

"The second number of today is the number 4. Just as lucky as a four leaf clover. Am I right?" Hoseok said trying to lighten up the mood with some jokes.

"The fourth number for today is-"

" so we're just going to skip number 3 like it doesn't matter? You just decided out of the blue to not declare the third number. Great!"
Yoongi said sarcastically trying to keep his anger down from the amount of mistakes Hoseok was making.

"Ohh sorry about that everyone the third number is and I repeat not the fourth but third number is 42. Right after that the fourth number is 91"

"Are you stupid! It's 19 not 91 you are looking at it upside down there is only up to 50 numbers. If I don't get arrested today from killing you it will be a miracle" screamed Yoongi harshly to the intercom causing Hoseok to tear up and prepare to throw a tantrum.
"Continue the numbers Hoseok. The fourth number is 19 just say it." Yoongi said with the calmest voice trying to get this over with and go home to sleep.

"The fourth number is 19" Hoseok said with a cracked voice that held more annoyance than sadness. " and the last number for today is 20"

"Okay finally. Just repeat all the numbers now and we can eventually wrap this up and go home."

"I don't remember them" Hoseok practically cried out to the live camera and more so to Yoongi.

"What sins am I paying for god to be dealing with this right now. Repeat after me and stop crying the numbers are 5,4,42,19, and 20"

"The numbers of tonight are 5,4,42,19, and 20. The lottery number for today is the 36!"

"Amen finally"

Jackson's POV

It was somewhat past midnight when Jackson
was driving back home.

"So your telling me that just because Mia's shop is not doing well I have to be the one to pay for it. No your not listening to me the divorce is already done and now she's asking for spousal support?" Jackson practically screamed to his phone not waiting for a reply when he ended the call.  He decided to  listen to the radio where they were announcing the news about the lottery winner and declaring the numbers again since the winner has yet to claim his prize.

"That's a lucky son of a bitch"he said listening to her repeat the numbers when he realized they were the exact same number he had.

" SAY IT. PLEASE SAY IT. THE LUCKY NUMBER IS 36" screamed Jackson at the top if his lungs loosing concentration of the road and focusing on his radio like it was the most precious thing out there.

"The lucky number is 36-"

"ITS THE 36!ITS THE 36!ITS THE 36!" Called out Jackson as he took off his hands from the steering wheel. Lost in his own dreamland he couldn't hear the honking of the cars behind him, or even see the light reflecting him from the truck approaching him.  Jackson didn't even have time to realize before both cars collided and destroyed the front of his car completely beyond repair.
