I sit waiting exactly wear my mother told me to meet her "go out to the park near our home and go into the garden after school I'll meet you there" I love my mom but she does forget easily. Starting to get impatient I call her.
"Hey Mom, are you there?"
Deciding I shouldn't just sit there I got up and head over to the swing set and swing all my problems away looking up at the sky as if I were flying. Then I remember..
I remember them fighting, fighting for so long and so very loudly. I was only 7 back then but I remember it as if it were today. I learned very quickly that even the stars lie about who we are to love. I had thought you were supposed to be happy. I was mistaken.
"Y/N, sweetie are you paying attention to me?" Surprised I jump off the sings landing on my feet. "Sorry Eomma I was lost in thought. Anyways what did you want to tell me?" My mom's face went from super happy to a more saddened expression. "What's wrong Eomma?" She smiled a gentle smile. "I know you don't want to but I got you into the private highschool free of cost"
My face stiffened and she had noticed. I've been telling her I didn't want to go to that school I wanted to get a job and provide for us the way she has done for me. This wasn't fair I didn't even like school. I was apart of a gang at school not a big deal until I'm gone. How will I live without them they are like my family. They were there when mom was not when she was working so hard.
"Mom I'm not going, I can't just leave you, my friends..." I started to feel dizzy maybe because of stress but I shook it off and decided to agree mom said my friends would be going so there is no need to worry right?
