My therapist says if I write down my thoughts I might be able to control them better, or some bullshit like that. He just rattles off the same damn list I've heard my entire life. Still, HE actually bought me a journal, so I guess I'll use it. Maybe I'll publish it someday. You never know what I might write though, you may not like it.
