Chapter 1 A Lot Of Incidents

Chief can i come in? Policemen Jonathan asked.

Come in. chief Randle said.

Chief, we have lot of incidents lately and i created a map to see where it comes from. Jonathan said.

Okay but what kind of incidents are you talking about? I need to get some information about it before i decide to start an investigation chief Randle said.

Teenagers going on a killing sprea, people grinning and laughing like a maniac all the time, people tormenting other people, some people saying they belong to something, and a boy who ended his life for some reason. Jonathan said.

Okay that's a serious case! And where does it all start? Chief Randle said.

It all starts at the smiler, Jonathan said.

Wait you mean that ride at Alton towers?
I always knew that something about that coaster was a little bit strange, because look at the design of it, the theme is dark and even the soundtrack of it is weird, but how do you know it starts from there? Alton towers is supposed to be a family friendly theme park, right? Chief Randle asked.

Yes i know but something about the ride makes it even darker than it looks. It starts like this, you stand in line and if you are lucky enough you don't have to hear the soundtrack cause I have heard that's step one of the so called "marmalisation". Step two of the marmalisation is the ride itself. Because the ride itself give you two times a kind of liqued called smile energy to make you smile, the ride has ticklers to tickle you until you can't stop smiling, it has some sort of flashers to make you disoriented and it has spinning hypnotizing wheels to hypnotyse you and if you get of the ride, some laughing voice says: congratulations you have been corrected and you belong to the smiler. Jonathan told chief Randle.

We need to start an investigation right now!! Chief Randle said.
