Lost In You [Complete]

Prologue

Life is full surprises. You never know what where going to happened next. One moment you think you're life is just the way it is, but a sudden unpredictable event was going to happen.

"Excuse me, miss" someone startled me from behind.

It was a guy and he looked like he is on the same age as me. His green eyes caught my attention. 

Upon seeing my reaction, he cleared his throat. "Sorry for that" he gave me sheepishly smile

"N-no it's okay..magulatin lang siguro ako"

He nod "Oh..by any chance, Do you Miss Alicia Gaston?"

I was confuse. "She's my Grandmother..w-why?" I unsurely question him

"She asked me to fetch and drive you to you apartment"

Wala naman nabanggit si Grandmy na may susundo sa akin dito.

Iginaya niya ako papunta sa kanyang sasakyan at walang atubili na binuksan nito ang kabilang pintuan.

I was debating whether to get inside his car. Other than he knows grandmy's name, I didn't know whether this guy was saying the truth. 

"Miss?"

"Oh..sorry" 

Wala akong nagawa kundi pumasok. I just trust my instinct that I could trust this guy

Habang nasa biyahe ay hindi ko maiwasan tumingin sa bintana ng kotse. Malaki ang pinagkaiba ng lugar dito kumpara sa pinanggalingan ko. This place looks like a deserted town. There are no giant buldings, boutiques or even small cafes like in France.

Tumunog ang aking cellphone mula sa bulsa. It was from my grandmother

"Grandmy"  I greet her from the other line

"Haven, darling did your plane land already?"

"Yes grandmy, I'm actually on my way to my apartment"

" Bien..are you with Jackson right now?"

"Jackson?" I frowned. The guy earlier glanced up on the rear-view mirror of the car. Our eyes met and realization struck me. 

"I asked him to accompany you..did you met him already?"

" Oui Grandmy. He was actually driving the car right now"  mahina kong sagot  habang tinitignan si Jackson sa unahan ng kotse.

"Put him on a loudspeaker. I want to talk with him"

"Uhmm Jackson, my grandmy wants to talk with you. Is that okay?" I asked him.

Tumango ito. Pinalapit ko ito kay Jackson sa unahan.

"Good afternoon, Madame"

"Good afternoon, Hijo. How are you and your parents? by the way, thank you for fetching my granddaughter"

"My parents are doing good, Madame...no problem, it is just a small gratitude for all the things you've done to my family" pormal nitong tugon nito

"Oh you're still the same hijo, polite as ever" tumawa si Grandmy sa kabilang linya

"Well, take care of my darling, Jackson. I want you to temporarily accompany her as she gets familiar of your place"

"Yes ma'am" Jakson said shortly. I felt myself embarrass on what my Grandmy told Jackson just now. Baka isipan niya na para akong bata na kailangan niya pang samahan at bantayan. Grandmy always treat me like a kid. In fact she opposed on the idea to let me stay here
