Y/N POV

I unscrewed the cap of my red marker as I scratched out another job listing. I've been job hunting for the past few weeks now and I been coming up with squat. I didn't expect to be living in Japan to be that tough but being your average N/O is proving rather difficult trying to settle in a foreign land. I always wanted to go to Japan to visit the bustling city of Tokyo and visits its many shrines and temples. So I began saving up my graduation money and got a simple job back at home. Two years of being a mill worker for your father defiantly pays off. But I didn't know trying to move in and settle is Japan can be so difficult. So here I am a 20 year old living in a crummy apartment on the outskirts of Tokyo trying trying to find a dead end job. Not the exciting Japan experience I've been expecting. My phone then goes off as I see it is from my father so I pick it up to bring the bad news.

D/N: "Hey son how does the job finding been going?"
F/N: "Not so well dad, I've been looking everywhere for a proper job here in Japan but they are all been taken."
D/N: "I know how that feels son, job finding is one of the toughest things of being an adult."
F/N: "Tell me about it, anyway how is S/N doing?
D/N: "She is doing extremely well she just started her Freshman year in high school she has been really excited about it all summer! She is already telling us that she made many new friends and is getting along with the teachers very well."
F/N: "I bet, she was always the bubbly and cheery sister I come to now and love. I just wish I had her charm during my high school years could of helped me a lot."
D/N: "You were quite the troublemaker but still manage to have good grades. She misses you a lot son. We did just get her a new phone I will make sure to send you her number when I got the time."
F/N: "Don't remind me of my rebel days dad and I would really appreciate if you sent me her number."
D/N: "I will son...... hold up son something came up I have to go good luck on your job hunt!"
F/N: "I will dad talk to you soon."

I pushed end on my phone as I let out a heavy sigh and headed to my couch to lay down and collect my thoughts.
"Why does life have to be so tough and such a disappointment?"
"I always dreamed of living in Japan but not like this, I just hope I can find that one job that can help me pick me up back at my feet."
My phone then got a notification and I lifted my phone up to my face to see what it is.
It was a news notification and the main headline read.

New Monster Cultural Exchange Program Founded!

Monster Cultural Exchange Exchange program? What is that an out of season April Fool's joke? Curious I tapped on the notification and unlocked my phone and was directed to Japan Times. I then began to read the article out loud.

I blinked a few times and shook my head as I clicked the link. I was directed  to the Moster Culture Exchange website and was told to put in my personal I formation. I was desperate so I had nothing to lose. I put my information in and had to take a short survey which had a few weird questions like. Are you scared of spiders and are you allergic to cats or dogs. I answered the questions truthfully as I hit submit and a pop up showed up. It said.
