"He is a traitor!" Zeus boomed, thunder shook the throne room causing the walls to vibrate and crack under his bearly controlled anger, the Olympians looked down at the broken teen before them. Any pitty they once felt had left not long after he was brought before them.
"Would anybody wish to deny these claims and present evidence that may disprove our brothers claims?" Hestia piped up from the hearth, she didn't believe that this boy, a son of Hades, had turned his backs on them, she suspected fowl play was at hand, yet nobody spoke, they just cast their cold glares down upon the boy.
He was a youth of seventeen, with shaggy black hair and Obsidian black eyes, his features were sharp and masculine, he had an assortment of scars from his many battles, in the second Titan war he had went down willingly into Tartarus to take on the Titan Pallas who was searching for the doors of death in Order to ambush Thanatos and chain him up to prevent Kronos from being defeated, there were only a select few whom were as brave as him.
Perseus Jackson and Nico Di Angelo for starters.
The other Olympians held their breath as Shadows blanketed the room, The tempreture of the room dropped and the Shadows seemed to creep around the room, enveloping the marble walls. The Olympians along with the son of Hades himself shivered as even the hearth was snuffed out by the darkness, a figure emerged from the rippling corner, he emitted waves of unimaginable fear, that didn't seem to effect Hestia for some reason.
The figure stepped near the now re-lit heath to reveal skin whiter than milk that contrasted with a slick black suit that seemed to be woven out of tortured souls. Peircing Obsidian eyes scanned the room for it's target, they found their way to the teenage boy in the center of the room, who had been flogged and bound by his wrists and ankles in pitch black chains, he was hunched over on his knees his head lowered in despair.
Hades released his control on the shadows and stepped forwards, causing the screaming souls woven into his suit to ripple.
Hades forced his "son." to look him in the eye, the boy recoiled and flinched as the sound of the slap resonated throughout the speechless room, Hestia's fists balled tightly at her sides as she glanced angrily at the red hand print that as left on the ghoulishly pale boy. Hades merely smiled at his handy work before taking his place umong the council.
"Brother." Hades nodded at Zues in greeting.
"Hades, for once you a welcome sight." Zeus mused. Almost everyone in the room could feel the tension. Hades' presence made the Olympians, all but hestia tremble in fear. Hestia found herself standing like a wall of flame between Hades' son and the council who wished to do him harm.
"Hades, you are not welcome in the throne room, as decreed by Zeus himself!" Hestia tried to sound braver than she felt and gave her scariest glare to Zeus and Hades. Needless to say the king of God's flinched in his throne. "Now tell me, my little brothers, what evidence has been gathered that would condemn this hero and what right do you have to hurt him further!" she spat at the two venomously.
Hades snorted. "Please Hestia, the boy has had worse than a Light slap, he's hardly hurt!" his son glared at the gods, but gave Hestia a confused glance. The Goddess of the hearth smiled warmly down at him, she glowed an orange hue and rested her small hand on his shoulder, warmth spread through his body and his bruises and cuts healed, the red imprint left by Hades faded away and he let out a content sigh now that he no longer shivered.
"This Demigod has been faithful to Olympus for seven years, he fought the titans Pallas, Perses and Iapetus down in Tartarus during the second Titan War, he recovered the Trident of Poseidon when it was stolen by the giant polybotes at the very beginning of the second giant war, he even risked burning to death by Greek fire to save me when I was taken by Pallas!" Hera opened her mouth to object but Hestia was on a roll.
