Aino was walking around trying to find a safe place people would never go. As he looked around, he came upon a cave that looked to be empty on the outside. As he walked in, he began to find blood and needles all over the rocky ground. Then came a sight he will never unsee, an open room with a little girl hanging from her arms in chains. Her blood slowly slid down her face to the tip of her chin. "Who are you, are you okay?"

"Shh, he'll hear you; you should run while you still can. It's not safe here."

"Well, I can't just leave you here. Let me help you."

"No, just go." Even though she said no, he still went around to find keys or something to break her chains. Three minutes pass and all he found were bolt cutters, sitting on a table with things like alcohol wipes, black facemask, a small spotlight, a notebook, and tuns of different cutting supplies. Approaching her, he used all his strength to cut the chains. "What are you doing here still, he'll be back any second now."

"Well, I guess that means we should run." Looking at her he grabs her hand. "Come on I know the way out of here." Without hesitation, she ran with what little strength she had.

"Where do you think you're taking her!" Looking back, they continued running. "Come back here with my project, she will become my power source!" Anabel couldn't run anymore; her feet gave out, she fell.

"Get up, you don't want to be a test subject for the rest of your life, do you!" The boy held out his hand. "It's not that much further." Grabbing his hand, she struggles to get up. Running out of the cave, they enter the woods. "This way." He pulls her, forcing her under a rock. They sat in silence. Once the moon was finally in sight, the boy asked: "Who was that guy?"

"My father."

"What! Your father was doing this to you. What kind of a monster is he!"

"Well, it's not entirely his fault, my mom kept me from him, so when he came to see me. He found out I didn't know about him, he went mental and, and he started the war."

"Wait, so your telling me the whole reason we have the war is because of your father? The worldwide war that is destroying people's villages and killing thousands? I think you're giving him too much credit."

"I guess yeah." Underneath the starlit sky, they lied down. "What do we do now?"

"I hear there's a place that the war hasn't hit yet. Maybe we can go there, figure out a plan when we know that we're safe?"

"Okay."

Staring into the sky, their eyes slowly closed. Dreams began to show happiness through the quiet night. Adria was finally starting to feel to do whatever she wanted, not chained up by her mad scientist for a father.
