His words coated her heart
Her eyes shined through his soul
Until it grew cold
His smile warmed her cheeks
Her laugh rang through his mind
Until it grew cold
His love scared her demons
Her lips rattled his heart
Until it grew cold
Mascara tears stained his shirt
His mouth suppressed her emotions
Until it grew cold
Doors slammed his face
Walls struck her lights
Until it grew cold
His demons rose from hell
Her tissues covered her hands
Until it grew cold
His dam broke, crashing its path
Her trust shattered, glass laying on the ground
Until it grew cold
Loneliness coated her heart
His eyes masked his soul
They became cold

Till next time,
