Something about that name felt familiar to him, but he didn't know why.

With that voice, he snapped out of his daze.

"Wei Ying, is that your name?" Lan Wang Ji said

"Yes, what about it?"

"Nothing."

Wei Wu Xian thought about it, it took a couple of seconds to realize that Lan Wangji called his name. He failed to keep the blush from his face, and it doesn't go unnoticed by the other two men. Everyone was silent for a minute as they processed the reaction.

Soon the food that Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng ordered had arrived. The waiter saw Lan Wangji and was very happy.

"Hey, aren't you the guy who came in a couple of weeks ago?" said the waiter.

"Mmm."

"Thank you for what you did; the food that you made last time has now become a hit in our restaurant."

"Mmm."

"Would you like to sit with these gentlemen?"

"Mmm."

"Sir, what you like to order?"

"Black coffee and a bunny pudding."

"Okay, coming right up."

The waiter left to go back into the kitchen, and the other boys were surprised that Lan Wangji was actually going to sit with them. Just before he said he didn't want to sit with them. Both of them wondered what made him change his mind. Lan Wangji walked over to the booth where the two were sitting and sat across from Wei Wuxian.

"Oh my god, oh my god, Lan Wangji is sitting in front of me. Am I going to faint?" thought Wei Wuxian.

Jiang Cheng sees the conflicting look taking over Wei Wuxian's face. He smirks and gives him a nudge on his shoulder.

"Speak," Jiang Cheng whispered.

"... Um, Lan Wangji, I saw on Instagram that you are shooting a scene in Times Square this Wednesday."

"Mmm."

"It must be tough juggling so many jobs at the same time?"

Lan Wangji gave a small nod of his head saying that he agreed.

"I wish I could go see it, but I have an audition that day."

"What are you auditioning for?" asked Lan Wangji

"I'm auditioning to sing a song in a drama called 'Unrestrained'."

"... I'm acting in that drama."

Wei Wuxian's eyes widened and his throat tightened up.

"Hey, I feel left out of this conversation," said Jiang Cheng giving a pout.

"What is your name?"

"My name is Jiang Wanyin, but you can call me Jiang Cheng"

"Sir, here is your coffee and bunny pudding."

Lan Wang Ji gave the waiter a nod.

"So, Jiang Cheng, what do you do?"

"I play the piano."

"Hey, Jiang Cheng, don't you have an audition coming up in like a month? Don't you need to practice?"

"Shit, I completely forgot. Damn it, I'm going to head back first."

"How the heck do you forget about your recital?"

"I'm busy, unlike someone."

"How are you busy, all you do is watch Jin Ling in your free time."

"Taking care of my nephew is an important job."

"Right, tell sis that I'm going to visit soon."

"Mmm," was all Jiang Cheng said before leaving the restaurant and leaving Wei Wuxian And Lan Wangji alone together.

"... So Lan Wangji, when did you start your acting career?"

"When I was 10."

"Wow, that is a long time."

"When did you start singing?"

"When I was 15. I started with the flute and just kept going from there."

Lan Wangji looked at the food that Wei Wu Xian was eating, and realized that it was the fried rice that he made a couple of weeks ago. This made Lan Wangji crack a small smile. He noticed that Wei Wuxian was eyeing his pudding, and he could see him drooling.

"You want some Wei Ying?"

"... maybe..."

Lan Wangji grabbed his spoon and scooped up some pudding. He lifted the spoon to give to Wei Wu Xian. But being the idiot that he was, he opened his mouth. Lan Wangji was speechless; he meant for Wei Wuxian to take the spoon. But it would have been weird if he didn't move, so he ended up feeding a guy who he felt strange around.

"Wow, this pudding is really good. It got a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Also, this rice that you made is so good; I will have to come here more often."

"Mmm."

"Why do you keep going 'mmm'?"

"I don't like speaking a lot."

Wei Wu Xian took his spoon and took another scoop of Lan Wangji's pudding while the owner of said pudding just watched.

"Pathetic."

"... What?"

"... I'm going to leave soon."

"Already?"

Wei Wu Xian didn't want Lan Wangji to leave yet. How rare is it to meet your celebrity crush?

"Hey, can I get your WeChat account?"

"No," Lan Wang Ji said bluntly.

"What, why?"

"I don't know you."

Wei Wuxian thought about it, and he couldn't accept it, he wanted to talk to Lan Wang Ji more.

"Give me your phone."

Lan Wang Ji's blank expression did not change.

"Don't worry I'm not gonna do anything bad."

Lan Wangji took out his phone, and Wei Wuxian took it. He played with it for a few minutes and then gave back the phone when he was done.

"There, you now have my phone number."

Lan Wangji just stared at the phone number that was now added to his phone. Wei Wuxian looked happy, he put his hand up to notify the waiter that they want their checks.

"I guess I'll see you around then."

"Mmm."

They paid for their lunch and went their way. Lan Wang Ji was going back to his hotel and Wei Wu Xian going back to school.
