Sneak Peak part 2

As she made her way through the burnt out husk of her family home, Jayna Gorgeist said goodbye one last time. The incident with a couple Fire Mages ended after they killed her family and then burnt her home.

The Fire Mages were working for The Fallen and they believed that anyone who is producing food below quota, should be taught a lesson. These damned lessons ended with the death of families.

Now Jayna has a reason to hate The Fallen, now she has a reason to join The Rebellion. They had been asking her to join them and lead a battalion to break puny laws all over the country side. Jayna wanted to teach The Fallen a lesson, especially Lord Axis Jokisret. He is the commander of the local Fallen gangs and said that only because Jayna was pretty, that he wouldn't rip a hole in space to suck her up. Jayna herself was an Air Mage but air was the weakest of the elements.

No one Mage or any amount of Mages could defeat Axis because he was the one and only All Mage, so he could counter all attacks. Also he was or is a master martial artist and swordsman.

But his right hand man Zyleon was a powerful Mage with four elements to control. He had the ability to use Time, Space, Storm and Sight.

"So," someone called from behind Jayna. "Are you finished mourning and finally ready to join your enemies, enemies."

"Not quite, Gregiesse."

"Come on Jayna," Kirk Gregiesse the recruitment officer of the rebellion called back. "You know you want to get out there and fight alongside those who have gone through tragedies like yourself."

"Kirk, we have been friends a long time, but man you just can't push me like this."

Kirk was wearing his signature blue and red cuirass over his scale plate with mail hanging down his arms and ending in a skirt just above his knees. His thin leather gloves were tucked into his belt and he had on his seal skin boots from when he was fighting in the north.

"You know what Kirk, let me sleep on this and I'll visit you soon with my decision. O.k.?"

"Ya," He replied. "Sure, see you soon."
