Person A gets kidnapped by this serial killer (person B) who has an obsession with person A, B is a yandere type and kills anyone who even looks at A in the wrong way. When A gets kidnapped, B starts to remove parts of the others body and adding some, Like he would rip out some teeth and replace them with fangs
If A had wings then if they were too small then he would saw them off and replace them with large wings but if they were already large then he would clip the feathers and dye some of them
Other stuff like if A was to try to steal then he would have his hand cut off and have an animal paw sewn onto it, etc.
