The next morning when I pulled into the parking lot of Jonas high there was a new car so translation new person. I always got exited when someone new came. it could mean I could make a friend even though I highly doubted it. when I walked forward to the doors I got the usual death/jealousy stares from the girls and all the boys were checking me out. all of this was because I had the looks any girl would want. I have all the right curves in just the right places, I had the most pretty face anyone could imagine, I had long gorgeous brown curly hair and green eyes, and I was wearing blue skinny jeans, a white tank top with a black lace top over it, and I had black pumps that made me look 3 inches taller.

I looked around and saw my only 3 friends in this entire school. Benny who was really lean he had long blond hair and sky blue eyes.Jessica who was super tall had brown strait hair that was purple at the edges she also had dark brown eyes.Eva my best friend until 4 months ago when she started slowly ignoring me had wavy orange hair and light brown eyes.

"Hey v over here" everybody called me v except for teachers

"sup, who is the new guy I haven't seen him or her yet but I didn't recognize the car" suddenly I turned and saw the best looking guy I had ever seen

"omg he is soo hot" Eva exclaimed

"he's so dreamy"i said clearly hazed

"wow we got some lovesick girls"

"shut up Benny" Eva and I both said almost synchronized. the new guy started walking over to us right after we said that and I felt like I was going to faint when I turned around after he tapped my shoulder

"hey will you show me around I'm new her so I need a tour guid" I sunk in his handsome brown hair and green eyes that you could stare in forever that's when I snapped out of it and replied

"sure what's your schedule"

"names jake by the way, I have english, science, math,history, lunch, Spanish,and p.e all in order" I was absolutely astonished he had the exact same classes as me I mean how rare is that!

"okay so we have the exact same classes , wich is rare by the way, so you can just follow me around"I said he looked at me annoyed

"are you going to tell me your name or am I just gonna follow around some stranger all day!" " sorry, my names violet v for short" I said shyly

"thank you now let's get to class" he said.

we started for English and sure enough since we were late we had to sit right next to each other. I hadn't noticed that all the girls in the room were stareing at jake until class started.when mr.pete called my name to come up to the front of the classroom and introduce myself I stood up and walked to the front of the room. we were supposed to say two fun facts your name and how old you are

"hi, my name is violet Parker or v for short, I am 17 years old, I play the violin, and I love painting" I said sounding bored. after a few other people went it was jakes turn and I swear all the girls were at the edge of their seats

"hello, I am jake mason, I am 18 years old , I ride a motorcycle, and I play lacrosse" listening to him was like listening to a lullaby being sung to you he was just soo great.after the rest of the class went mr.pete stood from his desk chair and said

"so that you know a little bit about each other in going to jump right in to a partner assignment" everybody in the class groaned

"don't get too exited" mr.pete said sarcastically. he started calling out pairs of people and then he called "violet and jake" our eyes immediately snapped to each other when mr.pete said

"okay, over the next month you and your partner will be writing a 50 page front and back essay of topic of your choice, go ahead and spend the rest of class talking with your partner get started!". not surprisingly jake was really smart and we decided to do our topic on safari animals.

At lunch jake,benny,eva,jessica,and I all sat at the same table. Jake was the first one to speak

"so, why are all the girls staring at me?" we all started bursting out laughing exept for jake who just sat there with a confused look on his face.

"dude it's because your hot" I said a hint of laughter still in my voice he looked at me with wide eyes

"What!" he said fake surprised

" all these girls want to make out with you" Eva said

"and why would they want to do that?" jake said obviously faking it now.

"ha ha ha ha" Benny said smiling. I think jake was a keeper.
