You woke up only to see that your boyfriend of 4 years was not next to you. You tried calling him but there was no response. You had just assumed that he went to work even though it was a saturday. You got up to get changed, when you opened your closet you saw a not stuck to the inside of the door.
You picked it up and read it. 'Y/N meet me at the park at 8:00 PM.' - Y/Bf You set the note on your desk, and got changed.

I had just finished setting up a the little section of the park I had rented out. I was going to propose to Y/N, and Y/bff was helping me set up the park area with lights on the trees. It took a lot of work but it was worth it.
"Thanks for helping me set this up Y/bff" I said nervously. "No problem, and Y/bf you'll do fine, I'm sure Y/N will say yes" she said giving me a thumbs up. "Thanks" I say still nervous.

I walked out of the door and towards the park. When I reached the park I saw these beautiful lights wrapped around the tree and y/bf standing there. You smiled and walked up to him. "Hi baby" he said smiling. "Hey" you said a bit confused "um so why are we here?" You questioned. "Oh well I made a picnic, and I have a surprise for you later" y/bf replied.
*timeskip to after the dinner* "That was really good" you sighed. "We're still not done yet" y/bf said as you both stood up. "Close your eyes" he said as you did as he said, "Now open them" he says, you open your eyes and see him kneeling on the ground with an open box with a ring resting inside. (The ring)

Your hands covered your mouth and a layer of tears clouded your eyes. "Y/N will you make me the happiest man on earth and marry me?" He asked waiting for your answer. "Of course Y/bf" you smiled. He stood up, put the ring on your ring finger, hugged, and kissed you.
