In a world where most people are normal, very few people have a certain something special. That something special is called a savvy, or, as Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo know it as, a quirk. Then, one day, the weather starts going haywire, going from blazing hot to freezing cold in a matter of seconds, humid to dry, clear skies to stormy. As Izuku searches for the source and Katsuki learns to scumble, young Shoto Todoroki learns that he is the cause of the crazy weather, and eventually learns how to control it and his emotions.
