She almost let her tears ran down her cheeks upon hearing the tape that she had received 3 days prior. His voice. His baritone voice. How she missed him to the core. How she missed his joke, how she missed his daily rant about life. She was getting tired of those, but it's him. She couldn't get tired of it.

"I cried and the whole world saw my weak side. They weren't supportive, and they just laughed at me."

"I never laugh at you ... I'll never," her voice cracked upon hearing the confession.

It is in fact the truth that Hana never laughed at her bestfriend's special need. She understands that he was suffering and he needed help. She offered him help as much as she can, but it was not enough.
