Breaking free from Panic

The beach

         To start the summer off my church took an annual beach retreat which all of my friends have been raving about all summer so I decided I'd give it a try . I arrived that Saturday morning  , looking around the room to find a place to stand as we waited for the bus to arrive . As I looked around the room I spotted a average height boy with dark brown swooshed hair and a red hoodie slummed over his phone and I thought he looked approachable . He smiled at me and I couldn't help but notice my heart jump in wonder . It got time to take the bus so I hopped in and here comes hoodie boy . I couldn't help but feel as if I was drawn to him like a moth to a flame he smelled like freshly done laundry . " Hi my names Nani " I introduced , "I'm Jocelyn ." We didn't speak after that until the bus stopped later for food and I almost choked , which was super embarrassing. We finally made it to the beach house where we all rushed like wild geese to try and find a room and save a spot for your friend . I remember that few days briefly, it all happened so fast . First day I was accidentally bumping into him which lead to talking which lead to hanging out on the beach together which lead to my favorite memory , the star gazing . I remember it being cold which was ironic since it was summer but I decided to be a dumb ass and dress in a bathing suit instead of putting a jacket on like the rest of the crew . "Are you cold ?" "Yyyeessss" I shuttered . He politely gave me his red jacket that he had worn that first day and we both ended up getting to the point where we had to snuggle for warmth .( real smooth I know ) We sat that night looking at the stars making each other laugh and that's were new begging blossomed .
