Religion shouldn't make,
People do what they hate
It should make them more caring,
More happy and more loving.
Religion should stop,
Brainwashing people from bottom to top
Because this affects them whole,
And I think thats not very cool.
Religion should stop making
People from reading
A book that's fake
'Coz that just makes my head ache.
Religion should give equality
To every sexuality
And not humiliate,
People who aren't straight.
Religion should stop making,
People from not believing
The truth that is,
Science! Yes it is!
People should start believing
Science, that is everything
'Coz it's the answer to questions,
That haven't been answered in aeons.
Religion should start refraining,
Any form of brainwashing,
So that people will know,
That science ain't their foe.
Religion gave birth,
To many fights on earth
If it had never existed,
Then many lives wouldn't've been wasted.
I'm not an atheist, mind you,
I have a religion too
But, I think it's just too much,
For me to hold my grudge.
I know that many of you find this offensive,
And I do agree, it's very offensive indeed!
But, that's just my belief,
So, don't hate me, please!
