I know I am a disappointment to my parents
I fought with them to save my human rights
In living with my errors, but having an owner's life
Among my burned flesh, a broken heart, and sorrow
That makes me move this far away through painI know I am a disappointment to my parents
They don't say it, but I see their grieving eyes
And the hardworking ache that traced their arms
Between the years while I am gone to hide
From expecting sights and aching of tomorrowI know I am a disappointment to my parents
They unconsciously made me feel as if I am a drone
That sucked their material dreams for better morn
But still, I claim my love and person's style
To take responsibility for parent's sorrow
