 To start, get a 1 inch mini binder (5.5 x 8.5 inches) and some 5.5 x 8.5 paper.

At Staples, the binders can be between $4 - $11 and the paper can be $5 - $7

Make sure to get dividers. At Staples, these can be about $4 for the 5.5 x 8.5 dimensions.

On the divider tabs, use these subjects:

- Eat and Drink

- Relax

- Activities

- Feelings

- Goals
