High School of Demigods

Prologue

Everyone is different in their own way, everyone have a different life. Some people find the love of their life, some don't well in my case my life is way too different. Let's start with the fact I am not full on mortal but I am not immortal either. I'm Nicole Curtis I am 15 going into highschool it wasn't till 7th grade I found out I am not completely normal like I Originally thought. You see I'm a demigod. Yes like the ones in Greek Myths where they are half mortal and half God. You see I have dyslexia because I can morely read Ancient Greek and I also have ADHD. Now let me explain what it was like to learn you have a dad who isn't just one of those guys who up and abandon their unborn child you see it's a Greek God who up and leaves their unborn child who has problems because of them. What I mean by problems are is my dyslexia, ADHD and the fact that monsters attack me and yes I mean those you hear from Greek Myths. But I am starting at this Highschool created for people like me. This Highschool is called High School for Demigods but mortals see it as River High School. Oh yeah I forgot to mention this school is at and where I live, I actually so happenedly live near the school. I live in a state called California and the town is called Ancient Lands. Oh I forgot to mention the reason you most likely never heard of this town is because it is not on the map because barely anyone knows about it. Let's just say this town is protected by the gods everyone in this town are either Demigods or the parents of the demigods. The town is hard to find you try to find it your left at a dead end unless your special. But for me I've lived here my whole life. Oh after talking about all this your probably wondering who my "godly" parent is well he's very well known he is Poseidon. You see I don't like my dad. Here's why he isn't really involved with my life he just likes to use me as his way to brag. You see I play Volleyball and a A's and B's child. Not only that but I am also "popular" I have a lot of friends and I don't really have any enemies or people hating me. Well anyways let's start with the story shall we? Now apparently this school keeps us safe from monsters but heres the only problem this school is holding both Greek and Roman Demigods and well you know what happened between Grease and Rome back then. Let's just hope both sides can get along. School starts tomorrow which means time to start being social again. I've been working hard lately being a freshman and having to go to Volleyball tryouts.
