"I-I can't do it anymore!" Lania shouted a knife to her veins as she shook and trembled depression coursing through her.
"She's gone and it's my fault, my parents don't even care about me, and I just can't do it anymore!" She presses the knife deeper against her vein her eyes shut and tears down her face before a soft and quiet voice whispered to her.
"P-Please don't," The soft voice trembled knowing that her newly given life would be taken if she didn't stop her creator.
"I-I can't do it anymore! You know I can't! You feel I can't!" She practically screamed to herself soft trickles of blood starting to form from her arm.
"I-I'm here for you! I-Isn't that why you made me? To be there like H s-so you aren't alone anymore!" The soft voice begged the swirling and anxiety ridden feelings clinging to her as she breathes heavily both her and Lania feeling it despite, Lania having control over them. As if by magic she dropped the knife and the voice began to calm her anxiety quickly fading perkiness quickly filling it instead.
"T-Thank you for giving me life! I don't know what my purpose is but I promise I'll do it to the best of my ability." The voice chirped happily in, Lania's ear as she groaned both of them feeling just how annoyed she was.
"Listen," Lania began "You were made to take my place. You were made to love a girl who will never be with me again. I'll name you, Aspen, and I'll give you all of my memories before I go. Do you understand?" Aspen didn't know what to think she was only made seconds ago but she already had someone to love, however, it was someone who wouldn't love her back. Which made the small, innocent girl feel a new feeling she never felt before. Heartbreak.
Weeks passed and Lania only got worse constantly taking the pain out on herself which also meant hurting, Aspen, as well despite her constant begging for her to stop. But even though she was constantly in pain, Aspen found one upside to it, Alyssa. It was as if a light filled her body when talking to the sweet, perfect girl. A-and if by some miracle, Alyssa believed that,Aspen was actually Aspen, despite Lania constantly telling her she shouldn't tell people about her because they won't believe her.
Her goddess made her feel so many things though that she's never felt before. Love, Happiness, O-other emotions, and etc. She was happy to be there for her goddess throughout her crushes. She was happy to be there for when her parents had hurt you. Alyssa was everything to, Aspen and she knew she'd never forget it.
"Aspen I can't stay anymore, I just can't!" Lania screamed to her. Aspen listened quietly to the broken record that was listening to this.
"I'm giving you control and I'm going to go away. For good. Please carry it on for me." Aspen whimpered as she was given control, Lania's mind seeming silent and still other than just, Aspen and her thoughts.
"A-are you really gone?" She asked the thin air expecting some sort of answer back. Memories tons of them came to her at once. Not her own memories but memories regardless a huge headache filling her head as she whimpers trying to comprehend everything.
"I-It's just me now," She told herself quietly. "I has to tell goddess!" Despite feeling happy she was incredibly sad. Sad that her creator was gone to god knows where. Sad that her goddess would never love her the way that she hoped. Sad that everyone who met her would ever only see her as one person. And there was nothing she could do to change that.
