The Book of Short Stories

Rational Part 1

Everyone knows that Katie loves to shop. Especially online. She loves getting new clothes and having something nice and special to wear for her girlfriend. But ever since she started collage she hasn't had the money to keep up with her antics.

I was walking through campus enjoying the cool autumn air, when I spotted my friend Charlie walking up to me

"Hey Katie I found this website that you might like, it lets you buy clothes for cheap"

"Yo thanks! I'll check it out as soon as I can. What's it called?"

"Rational"

After that I went back to my dorm and went on my laptop to check out the website. It looked amazing! And everything was so cool and cheap just as Charlie said it was. I browsed through a bit and found a pair of black jeans in just my size.

It had been a week since I ordered and they finally came in. On the day Charlie was having his annual autumn party, and he invited me to go.

I got ready and went to the party. When I walked in and I saw it was crowded and the music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. After I looked around I decided to head into the kitchen for some water. But my legs started to feel warm and itchy so I sat down on the couch and watched everyone dancing along to the music.
