A few weeks before last day of school, everyone is already excited. Most of the students kept on talking with their friends about their plans for their summer vacation, while others doesn't care whether their summer vacation will be good and exciting or the opposite.
Two girls walking out of a classroom with smiley faces as they talk on their way to the cafeteria for lunch.
"Omg! I am so excited!" A girl said with excitement by the name of Oceana.
"Same, I've been planning what to do this summer. I hope my mom will agree with my plans..." said by a girl, Katelyn, with a doubt on her face by the last words she had spoken.
"Don't worry Katelyn, auntie Cora will agree with you this time!"
"How?" Katelyn questioned, knowing that her mother might say a flat no without her discussing her plans.
"Well...I'm gonna convince her!" Oceana said encouraging her best friend hoping to let her talk to auntie Cora.
"Yeah... I hope this time...it will work..."
"Hey don't worry, I'll convince aunt Cora. Maybe later? I might come to your house so I can convince her!"
"Sighs* ok...You're the best Oceana!"
Katelyn said as her face started to smile again.
"Yeah I know Katelyn. Am the best! Obviously, why would I not convince auntie for my precious best friend. I mean that's what friends are for! I would even die for you!"
"Haha I did not even regret being friends with you."
Katelyn said with a smile on her face. She appreciated everything Oceana does for her life, same as Oceana too.
They are both now inside the cafeteria, waiting in the line for food.
Both of their stomachs are growling as soon as they sat down at the table with their other friends from other classes, namely Cassandra, Marga, Gabriella and the twins McKenna & McKenzie.
"Aye!!! We've been waiting for you guys like 10 minutes. Where did you guys go?"
Marga asked both Katelyn and Oceana as both best friends laughed a little bit because of Marga's face which is angry but funny.
"Yo Marga don't get angry at both of them you know that their last subject before lunch is Math and their teacher, Ms. Choi dismisses them a little late."
Cassandra said convincing Marga about how Ms. Choi dismisses them late, sometimes Ms. Choi even dismisses them half an hour after the bell rings and her students getting hungry and no longer focuses on her lessons.
And yes, Ms. Choi can sometimes be a strict bitch that all of her students in every class hates her.
"Yeah, you're right Cass, I also hate Ms. Choi. She's the worst math teacher I ever had in my 3 years of junior high school here in Athena Maximus Academy."
Marga said a little bit furious and sad at the same time.
Now, the girls all ate their lunch and had a fun conversation, from how they met since 7th grade and how time flies by to summer vacation.
...Bell rings...
It's now 1:30 pm. Everybody sat down waiting for their teacher to come. While waiting, the class talked about the kids who went missing for the past few weeks, and one of their schoolmate went missing as well, Tiana.
"I heard that Tiana, from the 8th grade went missing yesterday. Oliver even witness her riding the school bus and then she was never seen again."
One of the female students said with a worried look, others feel scared after hearing the news. Some were already having trust issues every time they saw a school bus might take them away and will or might be killed.
All of the parents are getting worried and worried each day, so, they decided to drop and pick their children before and after school by themselves for their child's safety and protection.
