STUCK

Family

Every now and then I couldn't stop myself from running it was hard trying to forget that feeling that they were both gone and my biggest fear was that sinking feelings I'm having. 
"it can't be true no I don't believe all that somebody please tell me its a lie"I shouted at the doctor looking at his name tag "Mr Olumi you can't just tell me they are both gone"I said crying like my life is about to end and truly its about to end

yes miss Helen they were both killed in their car as it was hit severely from the driver's seat leaving the driver dead instantly but in the process the car tumbled over leaving Mrs daniel with a head injury they were both rushed to the hospital Mrs Daniels just died few moments ago" he explained but all he has been saying was like a totally lie to me. Besides I couldn't agree with whatever he said because they both dropped me at school before going to work.
______This morning ______
"gummy bear..... you're gonna be late for school I believe you don't want to make a bad impression on your resumption right" my mom said laughing at my scrunched up face.
well let's just say am not a morning person
"Ten more minutes" i said groaning from the rays of light that streams in like a open flood.
"am so sorry young lady to disappoint you but I believe you know that you are among the outgoing graduates and also the assistant head girl and...... "  
that's when I knew this is not a good sign cause when ever she pauses on  her rant every morning she's about to say something that I don't like and that's any time from now.
"i believe that you set your alarm has already rang by 7:15 and from the look from my watch and by now its already 7:45 and you sure know what that means right " she said leaving my door lightly ajar and walked out as if she didn't just do something.
"for the love of Christ why didn't you tell me earlier mother" I yelled as I walked to the bathroom.
"well if i remember correctly I was in your room few minutes ago trying to wake you up...... "  I heard her trail off on what she's saying which i clearly understood
"yeah yeah" I muttered while walking to my bathroom checking the water for the perfect temperature I couldn't wait any longer for the water to be fine for me i quickly used the shower and walked out with a hand towel for my hair which I'm tired of and its very quite stubborn I've always loved my hair to dry naturally but guess what my hair too stubborn to dry properly "but guess what I have your time today " I said talking to myself on the mirror of my vanity.

just to describe myself I'm a skinny girl as most girls gossip about me but the most annoying part is when they describe my hair as a bird nest I mean come on you don't have to tell me I know that already (note the sarcasm) 
anyways I've already planned what I want to wear today which is a washed out skinny jeans with a white striped crop top also my Nike converse I got from my dad for my sixteen year birthday and also my favorite and is still my size and I wonder how my feet's still get in it.... well I grabbed my jean jacket and headed downstairs for breakfast which is already wearing through the air with my mom making hot steamy chocolate with toast bread made with eggs, mayonnaise and cheese."damn.....mum make the best breakfast ever" I muttered"i don't need anymore praises right now your dad has done his already" she said laughing at my funny but true ourburst while serving my own share of food I quickly grabbed an orange juice from the refrigerator and headed for the doors.
"just be fast about it young lady" she shouted from downstairs "sure ma'am"I said bowing like a gentleman. my mom raised her perfect eyebrows giving me a are you serious look

I quickly ate my food and thank God for having me wore my clothes already"am ready people"i shouted as I came downstairs to see my parents making out seriously these two people never miss the chance to have their hands on each other I mean come on
"are you guys seriously doing this right now" I said shaking my head as I walked to car to wait for them
my mother came out looking flushed thanks to father who was grinning at my mother who was blushing like hell
"can you people please hurry up and stop walking like its only the both of you on this earth cus if I remember I'm also here late for school already  thanks to you guys.... so move your asses here" I said form the window of our Toyota corolla with the inside consisting of black seats and and a gray headboard enough with the definition of our car
they both got in the car laughing at my sudden outburst" hold your horse there young lady don't worry when you get to this stage you might be worst than us"My dad said laughing at me as I scrunched my face looking at the both of them" I think maybe in the far future dad" I replied as he chuckled and started the car and headed for my school first within fifteen minutes I was at my school gate waving them bye when I was tackled from behind.
