What do we know as parents know about our kids, getting picked on?
Do your kids communicate with you daily?
Do they just hide in their rooms and talk on their phones?
This generation there all about there phones we as parents know this.
So how do you talk to them when they are in their phones?
I say politely put your phone down and tell me how your day went?
You know the teen stage they roll their eyes at you like you are crazy.
If we get more involved they will come around eventually.
ask them to write down what they are feeling if they do not wont to talk.
writing is also a way to communicate with each other.
I keep Journals in my home I write different stuff in them some true
some made up like a story. either way, my point is we all need to speak
out and use our voice get it out there to the Social media.
Maybe more will come out and break their silence. and the kids will see
this and help them to come out of their silence and fear.
When we get up in front of a class to give our book report what do you?
You speak you tell them what are you doing what your book is about right?
This is no different you have to use your voice to get it out there.
so for those who cannot speak loud in front of others keep a journal
nearby. you can record all your feelings there your secrets your day of
life the good and the bad and you can go back and read it later.
record how much you have grown from the time you wrote your Journal.
And when you go back to read this you going to be like I wrote this? wow!
and you going to think to yourself you are in control of your life and dreams.
and you are not going to let bullies control your life you are in charge.
Just be polite and show kindness that kills the bullies inside.
and go on with your day.
and if you witness seeing someone get bullied you need to speak up
and get help for them. well, I hope this article I write will give you peace
of my mind to all the victims out there and to the parents that have stepped up
