A/N this poem is very hard for me to publish because its something that I suffer with. It's about my self-harm which is pinching (3 weeks clean) and it's dedicated to my best friend who is always there for me when I get like that so ya

It's just a pinch
I say
Something to dull my pain
Something to drift away
You beg me not to
Say it's not worth it
Tell me that I have the strength to walk away
It's just a pinch
Now I can't feel the pain
And I say I'm
Numb
