Dreams

Back when i was child
All i wanted was to play wild
Colors were here and there
Happiness indeed, were everywhere.

Dreams were so simple
As a child i thought everything is achievable
But as i grew older
Everything flashed and i knew it was harder.

Every rainbow gives us hope
In each challenge we stand firm and cope
Never let go of the rope
Always remember life is like a slope.

It's full of ups and downs
Dreams shatters and we frown
We often stumble and surrender
Turning our back and becomes a runner.

Now that im an adult
I never knew that this would be the result
Everyday is one step closer to my dream
But in reality, its all just a dream.
