Last season on Andi Mack
at Andi's party, Cyrus sees Tj and Kira hanging out and gets upset.
"He's not hanging out with Kira because he likes her."
Kira sees Cyrus dancing and thinks it's funny. Tj tells her to stop making fun of him. He says it's because Cyrus looks like he's having fun and it's not funny, but we all know it's because he thinks it's absolutely adorable. Kira gets mad and tries to get Tj to pick between her and Cyrus.
"Cyrus never made me pick."
Meanwhile, Buffy is admitting to Marty that she likes him more than just as a friend. Just in case he feels like he did back then again. Marty tells Buffy he never stopped feeling that way and they kiss (KSDKKDJFKNDJFJ).
"Is there anything you wanna tell me?"
"yes" Tyrus is cannon (SLSKJKSJSJKSSJSKSSJKCJFJDJ).
Andi was accepted into Sava and now she's not going to be in the same high school as the rest of the good hair crew. *sniff* But we're proud of Andi.

"I cannot believe that you're going to SAVA! I mean, I wasn't too suprised you made it in but,,,. My little girl is leaving for ART SCHOOL at the end of the summer!" Bex smiled and hugged Andi. "Make sure everything's packed. You're leaving in a week!"

Andi sighed as she looked through her things one last time. She was going to an art school. A BOARDING SCHOOL! She was so happy to have the opportunity but three months away from her family and her friends felt like forever. And she was leaving when everything started getting interesting.

She checked her messages. One from Cyrus to the Good Hair Crew groupchat group chat.

Ever since Andi's party, Cyrus had been talking about Tj nonstop. Andi was pretty sure that's all he was even thinking about. She was fully ready for Buffy to text back that Marty did something cuter and then they would get in their weekly fight over who's boyfriend was cuter. Andi didn't mind too much though. It was sort of sweet.
"wow, you really like him don't you.." Andi replied.

Andi knew that was going to happen.

"Mom, all my friends have seen us dance. You don't have to keep doing it." Jonah groaned as he watched his mom dance while she finished unpacking.

"Yes I do, honey. That's my job as your mother. To embarrass you as much as I can."

He heard a knock on the front door. "That's probably Andi. She said she wanted to walk to The Spoon together." Jonah has never been more great full to Andi.

"So are you guys dating or,,,?" The boys mother teased.

'Mooooom," The musician basically pouted as he opened the door for his friend.

Andi smiled warmly as she saw the bracelet on Jonah's wrist. "Ready to go?" She asked.

Jonah waved at his mom and walked out the door with Andi, smiling.

After Cyrus and Tj very dramatically reenacted the Titanic during tater theatre Andi decided to make a little speech.

"I'm leaving to go to SAVA in a week. Seven days. I'm not going to see you guys for three months I love all of you and we need to keep in touch. I don't know what I'd do without you guys."

Cyrus smiled at Andi. "Don't worry, we're going to continue talking."

"Yeah, we're so proud of you Andi, and you 100% deserve this" Buffy smiled.

Tj could not believe he was dating Cyrus Goodman. (we can't either teej). He had barely even come to terms with his own sexuality and he already a perfect boyfriend.

But in some ways, he felt this wasn't right. Cyrus was a boy. His dad would hate him if he told him that he was dating a boy. This was so completely wrong.

But then he remembered Cyrus's welcoming smile. He remembered his soft hands and his voice. He remembered the warm he feeling he got just talking to Cyrus. How could liking someone like him ever be remotely wrong?

Tj used to be able to hug Cyrus like it was nothing, but now he gets nervous every time Cyrus reaches for his hand or every time he wants to hug him.

Tj stayed up late thinking about the boy. He couldn't believe that it's been almost a month since he held his hand on the bench that day. Since  he'd realized he wanted to be with Cyrus.

Augh this was so amazingly frustrating.

six days
Six days until she leaves. Andi had already explored the school. It was huge. It had giant studios and beautiful classrooms. All the teachers were so nice and the room she was going to stay in was perfect! She was more excited than ever to go, but she was a bit nervous. What if no one wants to be her friend? Or what if her art isn't good enough? And what's she going to do without her friends?

Then her phone went off.

emergency?
Cyrus's house was fairly close to Andi's so she could easily walk there. When she arrived, Tj, Cyrus, and Buffy were sitting in Cyrus's back yard. Buffy has tears in her eyes.

Cyrus sighed "Waiting on Marty."

Andi sat down and looked at Buffy. "You okay, Buff?"

Buffy shrugged her shoulders.

"I'm so sorry I'm kinda late." Marty gasped. You could tell he'd run here. "This place is longer than I thought to run to." Marty sat down and took Buffy's hand. She laid her head in his shoulder.

"My mom," Buffy's sniffed. "She's getting deployed again. Im not going with her"

Cyrus's eyes widened a bit, "I'm so sorry Buffy." Buffy let go of Marty's hand to give Cyrus a hug.

"It's going to be okay I promise." Andi assured her.

The group of soon to be high schoolers cried a little as they tried to comfort the girl they care about so much.
