For er ending a person would replace the ending like this.

Je. - e (so if your sentence has je in it and end with a er verb, the person should then drop the er off the word and would replace it with an e).

Tu. - es (so if your sentence has tu in it and ends with a er verb, the person should then drop the er off the word and would replace it with an es).

Il/Elle/On. - e (so if your sentence has il/ elle/on, in it and ends with an er verb, the person should then drop the er off the word and would replace it with an e).

Nous. - ons (so if your sentence has nous in it and ends with an er verb, the person should then drop the er off the word and replace it with an ons).

Vous. - ez (so if your sentence has vous in it and ends with an er verb, the person should then drop the er off the word and replace it with an ez).

Ils/Elles. - ent (so if your sentence has ils/elles in it and ends with an er verb, the person should then drop the er off the word and replace it with an ent).
