The search for happiness is one of the chief sources of unhappiness... !!

Anger in itself is not a problem. The trouble arises when our anger becomes uncontrollable, and we lose control of our behavior... We at times become very intolerant to people or something that really irritates us.. Before we start with the therapy we must understand that anger is a voluntary action.. It is not something that cannot be managed.. We are getting the emotions engaged, just as we are engaging our thoughts and perceptions with the environment.. Anger is a reflex action, very much a natural emotion and very normal.. The outburst of anger and the behavior is something that creates the trouble.. This is a voluntary action and very much manageable.. Anger is a good emotion, because it is a part of the aggression that we all need to survive.. Hence I keep saying, it is normal and you are a normal person if you get angry but the trouble comes when anger becomes a part of everything in your life.. We need to learn skills to manage this energy and save ourselves from the violent activities, breakups, relationship issues, interpersonal mess etc.. It's normal to have likes and dislikes but when it escalates to tolerance issues and complete intolerance, is the time when we need to get into action because from there we stop living our life as our focus is completely different...

Life is determined by our focus and how we are able to manage each emotion / feeling as a part of the journey.. Think about it 😈
