Leaving and Lying

"Well then I think my baby boy deserves a treat. What do you think will I give to my baby boy as a reward?" Mark asked Haechan who unexpectedly jumped

"Cotton candy!" Haechan exclaimed and Mark nodded as they both headed out

"Chanie!" Someone shouted and Haechan looked back to see Jihoon running towards them

"Oh hoonie!" Mark grimaced at the nicknames but he remembered that Haechan is his so he doesn't need to worry about anything

"What's that?" Mark asked Jihoon who was carrying a container

"Oh, my mom made some cupcakes and donuts for Haechan since she accidentally baked too much of them." Jihoon explained and gave them to Haechan who said thanks and couldn't wait to devour the tasty sweets

"Tell your mom that I said thanks. I really love her sweets!" Haechan told Jihoon

"Hey do you know what's funny?" Jihoon asked Haechan who was eating a piece of chocolate cupcake

"Wot?" Haechan asked Jihoon who kept munching on the chocolate cupcake

"I think I saw you at a party talking to a girl but I think I must've been hallucinating." Jihoon announced making Haechan choke so Mark have him his water bottle

"O-Oh... I guess you've been hallucinating... Hahahaha alright we need to go now Hoonie, bye and thanks again!" Haechan said before dragging Mark with him to the cotton candy store

'Weird' Mark thought and let Haechan drag him along.

"Does it still hurt?" Haechan asked out of nowhere while they were eating their food in a cafe.

"What?" Mark asked Haechan, completely confused.

"Your nose, does it still hurt?" Haechan asked Mark again with concern written all over his face

Mark was hit by a basketball in pe and the impact was really strong that it sent Mark to the infirmary groaning in pain and silently cursing for the pain was really taking its toll and hurting him like hell.

"O-Oh.. I'm fine, I think. The pain will be gone soon... Hopefully." Mark told Haechan and ate his lasagna.

"I hope it didn't hurt so much Minhyungie." Haechan replied and Mark smiled at him

'If only you knew.' Mark thought

"Nah, it didn't hurt too much, I'm a tough cookie." Mark winked and Haechan scoffed and rolled his eyes playfully before the both of them laughed softly.

"Mark I actually want to tell you something..." Haechan added and Mark looked up at him and raised an eyebrow

"What is it?" Mark asked

"Last—" A phone call interrupted and it turned out that it was Mark's parents calling him.

"Baby can you excuse me? It's my parents." Mark asked Haechan who nodded unsurely and looked a little upset

'I guess I shouldn't just tell him.' Haechan thought and sighed

"Minhyung ah." His mom's voice was heard from the phone

"Mom? Why'd you call?" Mark asked his mother

"You're going to Canada tomorrow. Don't worry we already booked a flight for you. You'll be departing at 3 pm but you won't be attending school anymore. We just need to fix some of your papers here and we need you." His mom explained and Mark muttered an 'okay' dumbly and ended the call
